I'm in both but they have hugely different Risk profiles -

MATD is fully funded for 4 drills
COPL has circa 6 wks of cash left in the bank, no funds to drill and a history of going to the market for Placings.

MATD is an investment with defined stages of price appreciation - COPL is a pure 'punt', hence my own very limited exposure there.

Looks like a 'rollover' trade....!

ALBI, I 'stagger bought' my holding, hence most was purchased at the much lower price level and for an amount in line with the associated risk factor.

I just post here, as I find it quite stimulating to do so - I have FAR BIGGER investments elsewhere (such as MMX), but they're more 'predictable' than this one and already have some very astute posters such as Sundaysun, who also called the Placing correctly, btw

Let's focus on the investment case at hand gentlemen (and ladies), rather than personal arguments, albeit fully acknowledge that they're easy enough to get drawn into.

What we can note is a breakout and underpinned by a compelling investment case, involving multiple drills.

We also have a very short timeframe involved for various catalysts to impact the price.

All coming together very well and the share price looked very buoyant off the intraday dip, as Buyers aggresively took advantage of the presented opportunity - as expected.

No doubt not long at all for the 10p barrier to be broken through, as we move rapidly towards spudding......followed by the other key milestones.

Bribery & corruption are part of the business culture in that region (just as greed and avarice are prevalent within humanity per se), henc why I believe part of the recent placing may help action certain key developments - or maybe not, but we'll find out one way or the other.

Of course, if it does, this will kick massively.....if not.......!!

I think many have already been left behind from taking profits last week.......this BB will get a lot more 'interesting' yet ;)

Some people will take profits and some more will Buy in - prices don't travel in straight lines but we have seen very robust Buying on any intraday dips.

The timescales are on the side of the bulls for any appreciable or sustained dip - most will see that quite clearly, irrespective of their postings on the BB....and perhaps why they post ;)

I'm invested in both, albeit much more heavily weighted to MATD for various reasons.

It would be eroneous to compare them as 'like for like', as they have very different risk profiles & factors that underpin them.

COPL has the 'potential' to realize a massive upside from current levels - but has a correspondingly high risk attached, with the major funding issue that our 'friend' Mr Millholland needs to resolve.

MATD has its fully funded, 4 drill program, 2 of those being appraisals.

Both have merits but the risks are entitely different - again, I'm in both but strongly but to very different levels of exposure.

What 'specifically' is there about Capt. Stanley's post that you disagree with.....?

You can have a different opinion based on some rationale one would hope, or like Petertee earlier, say its 'going to 10p in the morning and then 5p in the afternoon'...!!

I happen to find Capt Stanley's logic compelling and balanced with caveats regarding the oft quoted figure headlining these posts.

As he (quite rightly imo) points out 'if MATAD is ever worth £1, it's as likely to be worth £5' - within the context of his actual post.
