Milton Holding24 May 2019 17:18
You may be right PC, as the Milton holding level went below 3% on the 17th May, albeit given the low number of shares in issue, even a residual amount being sold would impact the share price downwards.
We've seen a few sizeable trades (£116K, £23k...etc), which very well may be the end of Miltons disinvestment. However, there also 'seem' to be other large trades that look (but not confirmed) as Buys.
What I suspect we may see is a Holding RNS next week from the Buyer, possibly the CEO, albeit Milton now won't need to release any such RNS, being under the 3% already.
We've also noted marked slow down in the price drop consistent with Miltons offloading being exhausted.
I'm expecting a healthy bounce next week and if the Directors / New Buyers are in the market, a move back above the very recent highs soon thrreafter.
My ultimate goal for this stock is as previously, looking at a somewhat extended timeframe to realize capital gains beyond the historic highs at circa £12 plus.....and Dividends.
