Did Art actually make an official announcement and define what was the AGM and what was 'a private conversation....??

You went to the AGM, hence the Management cant sub divide such into seperate segments of 'AGM' & 'Non AGM'!

What's the point of 'detailed answers' to so very few individuals and further, which provide no indications (as you yourself claim) on the very important issue of timeframes - we are fast burning cash here and you're worried about your 'special relationship' with Art.

As you said in a previous post, Art has 'over promised and under delivered' in the past. Part of an AGMs purpose is to be able to question the Management team on key questions - it sounds like you and others were perhaps overwhelmed by being in Art's presence, given no attempts seem to have been made to address the aforementioned key issues.

I also 'hope' things work out and am by nature optimistic albeit that's no excuse to suspend rational judgement or action.

Again, I find it remarkable the 'ostrich like' behaviour on this BB!

Timelines are critical, given the cash resources v cash burn, with obvious implications for (potentially) the need of a very near term further cash injection. I would have thought Art would have been 'pressed' on these very important matters, but it seems not given CDN's post......??

I was never contemplating selling at this point, so whatever any minor slippage that occurs, is pretty irrelevant - I'm more interested to see what the SP is when I am ready to take something off the table.

With 4 drills coming up, that's nowhere near now - but just as we had that major rise over a couple of days, we can clearly see the strong underlying interest in this stock.

It's (almost) a given that it'll be significantly higher in not too long a timeframe.......so, easy days until the real momentum starts.

We've seen only an initial, smaller push yet.

I'm sure many of us will be loading up even more before then, but perhaps at a significantly higher price. That's why I always maintain a core holding here and also incase we get any announcement before then, if Potter's just being overly cautious with said timeframes.

Well, we have 4 FULLY FUNDED drills - two of those being APPRAISAL wells.

The drilling process has specific stages, each one presenting a price catslyst, hence factoring in staged appreciation rather than a solely 'Win or Lose' component.....and again, we have a 4 drill campaign.

The macro economic environment regarding oil prices is more bouyant than it has been in years previously, hence one would perhaps 'expect' a greater sentiment towards such stocks, moving forward through the various processes.

I think (hope) dan1nat1's comment was half in jest, as the aforementioned points are such obvious ones in the context of this investment and the key differences also with other single drill Wildcat campaigns.

News on its way very soon - and then we're ready to go.

I've been through all this type of vitriol on here before Jamie and it's not particularly constructive in any endevour to understand the investment.

My point about the Payroll was in response to the faulty rationale (imo) that you applied and emotive outbursts on this BB, don't negate the precedent Art has already established in that regard.

When you say '.....we have been told 9900000 times what we are waiting for.....', bear in mind you guys have been told many things in the past by Art - and we still find outselves 'waiting'!!

I'd prefer to have some further elucidation on what the issues are regarding the 'delays with the paperwork', something that a certain poster here has alluded to.

I really can't be bothered with all this onboard anger that seems to stem (imo) from persons having an issue with me for the temerity of suggesting the Placing, in the face of such overwhelming opposition to the idea. I'm not surprised why many people lose money on the markets, when emotional fragility causes them to bury their heads in the sand rather than apply sound reason & objectivity.......by assessing as much information as can be obtained.

I'm not selling as you exhort me to do, as I'm confortable with my buy in price & exposure level against the upside v downside scenario. As a fellow private investor, I genuinely feel for those who have much higher averages and exposures to this investment, especially considering the real risks & uncertainties this presents - but being in denial or making excuses for the Management or certain individual posters isn't helpful to anyone.

On board name calling is pretty pointless too and how much different is that really, from some of Harry's posting that you refer to!

.....Management payroll can be covered through continued Placings / finance options btw.....as has been the case in preceeding years, so hardly justification in itself, for a near term succesful outcome.

Well, because Art isn't your friend or your bosom buddy.....he's the CEO of a Company that we & many others are invested in, hence more important to share such information 'not being publicly released' as you state, than protecting any perceived relationshiop you feel you have with Mr. Millholland.

I'm sure Art doesn't see the relationshiop in the same way you seem to Cdnoilsupporter, hence your loyalty to him taking precedent to the wellbeing of fellow shareholders, may be somewhat misplaced.

So, we're all 'speculating' about the chances of this getting off the ground, with our own 'insinuations' etc.....lol

This is AIM, where speculating on outcomes before official confirmations etc, is often an intrinsic part of the investment process.......however, the signs are often there, as was the case with the Placing ;)

Cdnoilsupporter, I've read your posts carefully as no doubt others would have also. Alrhough I can appreciate your need to illicit sympathy, I stand by what I've posted on the matter previously.

How on earth can you state all that was discussed is in the public domain and then go ahead and say you cant breach confidentiality on mattters.....discussed in a PUBLIC meeting.

What exactly are you saying - the matters discussed are PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE or CONFIDENTIAL??

There is no 'bullying' here so please dont try to use that as an excuse - what we all want, is as much information as possible to be able to base our decisions regarding the investment. Certainly not some indication of an essentially confidential meeting at a public gathering......it just beggars belief tbh.

Regarding my 'staggered buying', my average is very slightly above the Placing price - but what does that have to do with anything?

I'm a Shareholder, just like most reading & posting on this BB.

Have a look over the recent RNSs Prof. Chow - there's multiple Newsflow due over the coming weeks - dyor!

It's good to have had some price stability over the recent push, allowing for some lower entry holders to depart and thereby providing a more solid platform for further price appreciation off the upcoming price catalysts.

Interesting times ahead!
