Shoreline & Emails!!30 Jun 2019 18:58
I'm not sure why people try to shout down the minority voices that seem to be asking pertinent questions.
We can agree or disagree, but giving our reasonings for such, may actually give us some clearer insight one way or the other.
I looked back over the weekend threads and actually feel that SubMariner raises some really interesting points, which I myself have commented on.
What is the situation with Shoreline and why haven't they delivered thus far, having their level of influence in the country?
It's interesting the contingencies in place re: 'Corporate actions' if ongoing financing becomes problematic, something that further delays would play into. Would that entail an advantageous outcome to Shoreline with a transference of ownership, but effectively sidelining existing shareholders in the process - I'm assuming Art Millholland will be looked after in such a restructuring.
Alternatively, those references maybe a standard inclusions to the document, given the current financing situation......and accepting Art has made no effort at all to limit overheads.
Does Art actively use LSE posters?
Well, we lnow he used the LSE media outlet to drum up sentiment for the stock, promising 'news in a few weeks'......and then we find ourselves with a Placing and what looked like selling into any sentiment boost at the time, by (imo) those privy to the information regarding said placing.
Do we really trust Mr Millholland or can we see that he's quite cynical & calculating, in the way he 'handles' private investors.
Are we then surprised that certain 'chosen' posters receive regular replies from him, whilst others receive nothing, even though their approaches may be polite & appropriate for such correspondence.
I think whats even worse, are those that profess to have received feedback from Art, exuding confidence on the BB......and then refuse to share said info......!!
I accept that there's 'manipulation' going on through this BB, but I'd still like to sift through these 'so called' bullish responses and make my own decisions on the info supposedly from Art.
My own view at this moment in time: I have the luxury of a low average, hence can to an extent be more accomodating of the issues alluded to. I'm looking at the Upside v Downside scenario from the current price levels, given the aforementioned avg price and accepting the high risks associated with the stock - but I'm looking at the downside as a wipeout of the complete investment, due to a 'corporate action' working against the interests of us smaller shareholders.
The flipside is that we could get News tomorrow (or next week etc) and see an absolute monster rise here.
I don't trust Art and think he's demonstrated a degree of dishonesty in his dealings with us (imho) but he still 'may' come up with the goods.
It would really be helpful for thus witholding info to actually share it on the BB and let us make up our own minds, instead of spinning us a guitar tu
