A Few Thoughts22 Aug 2019 10:45
Just a few factors to weigh up, amidst the conflicting perspectives atrached to this investment.....and beyond the usual emotive rhetoric and rabble rousing, thats unfortunately worked against the interest of many smaller investiors looking at this stock.
Firstly, it helps to accept that this is a highly risky investment and certainly, hence alrhough I can accept that some are deeply exposed in the stock, that doesn't condone posting that suggests otherwise - however, the potential upside (beyond those obvious risks) is an extremely attractive one IF the beauracratic holdups are succesfullt resolved.
That beauracracy may not be a given to be resolved, as some are suggesting, especially when conducting businesd in an inherantly corrupt environment and with 'Partners' whose integrity is also questionable - they supposedly have a lot of influence, which hasn't been fruitful thus far.
If the Company can't secure financing at any time, certain 'Corporate Actions' will be triggered, which will effectively see current shareholders wiped out, albeit 'I suspect' a more fortuitous outcome for our Partners.
The recent great positive hysteria surrounding Art Millholland's 'Pay Cut', was quite bizarre, as no mention of such action was communicated in the official company statement, despite the unequivocal assertions of such by certain parties.....and reinforced by 'private communications'. I think it more likely that such cuts were facillitated through the curbing of more 'extravagant' expenditure and lower level wage curtailment - more indicative at this particular stage, that Millholland wasn't expecting the imminant positive outcome suggested by some.
It's also helpful to accept that Mr. Millholland has made statements that can be construed as highly misleading, either directly or through certain posters on this BB and especially at times leading into another round of share Placements. Those who plead innocence regarding said communications have much to answer for, imo, as they were very specific in communicating the sense of 'secret info' pointing to imminant developments, rather than just saying that 'Art sounded generally positive', the differeing respective implications of both being obvious.
Now to the flipside - Millholland has managed to secure further funding, either by offering up some compelling inducement to the other party to the Placing, or of course by a certain duplicity in presenting the case. Let's bear in mind that the sum involved, isn't a particularly large one to such an institution and no doubt given the quite predictable and periodic price jumps, a 'rinse & repeat' approach can be used by the recipients of the new shares.
However, the issuance price at 0.10p may be viewed as an attractive one for such Institutions and possibly current or new shareholders, given the aforementionef periodic price rises.....and importantly, the very significant re-rate that would occur, given any successful resolution of beaurac
