I'd actually prefer the price to stay at these levels tbh - I think the rise into actuall drilling opetations is quite predictable, hence would like a much bigger holding leading into that and beyond what i currently hold.

Funds permitting, that shouln't be long in being actioned.

Will be good to hear what Toby has to say Sunday. This is still one of my biggest holdings, albeit I don't actively follow it as such, relying on Management to lead the ship, albeit awaiting the day for even meagre rations to be doled out to long suffering shareholders ;)

Indeed, albeit I'm staying consistent with my approach of building up as large a holding as possible, for what is a truely promising recovery stock over the next few years, as they build on the current platform that's been established.

Dividends and eventual Buyout here - with great Capital Growth along the way.

Patience is key here, but an excellent place to start such a stock acquisition strategy and given the very limited number of 'free shares' in circulation.

It was a delayed trade, so views on whether it was a BUY or SELL and accepting it's all factored in the current price of course.

Lots of share price estimates looking at an oil find from the already existent trap Heron is targeting, hence the 'Appraisal' status and very high COS attributed to the well - of course we have the other Fully funded drills hot on its heels, hence multiple chances of success and mitigating any drops on an unlikely 'no show' outcome - all in all, very well positioned and hence what's deemed as the best O&G prospect on Aim by many.

The price estimates attributed to Heron is an interesting one, as it's almost inevitable imo, that a show would initiate a BUY OUT approach by PetroChina, hence driving the price significantly beyond any estimates given on these BBs - we shall see.

Those spending an massively inordinate amount of time posting on this BB and proclaiming their aims of buying on results are entitled to take that course of action, if indeed that is the case...!

As am effective Appraisal well targeting an EXISTENT structure and with MULTIPLE drills, all Fully Funded following on from the very high COS current one, I'm much more comfortable holding stock moving into next week.

If Warren was invested in this stock AND was watching this BB from Berkshire Hathaway HQ (vrry unlikely on all counts of course).......he'd note the most persistent poster here and wonder if relentless blog posting was indeed tbeir 'speciality'!- most of us only look in very occasionally, lol

He'd say "Hold the stock.......sit back.......watch it rise, within a realistic timeframe in line with expected drilling activity and beyond price movements over the very short term.

Obviously, I don't expect Warren to spend any time on Aim of course.....but I think the approach has a lot of validity here, especially as we've noted the heavy Buting on any dip and in anticipation of multiple Newsflow.....which will eventually take us into said drilling!

Some very intense, co-ordinated efforts to promote the stock by a certain group of individuals here and on the basis of 'secret info' received from Art Millholland!!

Jay, Jiving, Guitarman, Jamie.....and the minions who sought to defend their actions ar every turn (and continue to do so)!

On the subject of Nigeria, Art is very cognizent of the way business is conducted in the region and has NO excuses in regards to the extravagant overheads, which conveniently see him paid an obsenely inflated salary in the process - contrary to what the aforementioned posters would have us believe, there's no indication at all that Art has taken any form of pay cut - so ordinary shareholders suffer for his Greed.

Regarding the way forward, it's obviously a gamble, albeit I'm staying invested on the very enviable 'potential' Upside if the requisite hurdles are overcome and accepring the downside if possibly a complete loss of investment.

We saw how any slight dip was heavily bought into yesterday, so looking very good moving towards the drill results for the Heron Appraisal well.......and then straight to the other drills.

The most exciting O& G stock on Aim atm, inho......and good to know Heron is targeting a known Oil producing formation, with its corresponding Very High COS.

An APPRAISAL targeting an existent structure, ....followed in quick succesion by 2 other fully funded drills!!

MAtD stock is traded via the SETS automated trading system, hence the potential for manipulation as such is vastly removed. Other forms of manipulating stocks can occur if course, such as misinformation, shorting and a combination of such.....as well as the knock on avalanche effect of hitting Stop Losses, exacerbating downward price moves.

I think we're seeing some 'rumour mongering' regarding MM manipulation, by those feeling left behind by the price push of late, after the previous concerted effirt to drive the price down.

We finished at the near days high, with a clear line towards further significant rises, hence continued misinformation on this & other forums can be expected.
