SJLawley, perhaps you could kick Toby around the office a bit, next time you see him - I know it would serve no apparent purpose, but perhaps would keep us shareholders going for a bit and in lieu of the oft hinted at Dividends coming online.

Btw, accepting Toby and the team have done a great job in pushing the business forward (and been well paid for doing so), I believe tanning his hide somewhat, would be a pre-emptive measure to circumvent the further delaying of dividends being introduced.

These new gTLDs should leave a footprint on this world - just as we as ordìnary shareholders can do similar to Toby's asss!! ;)

We still make money being IN rather than OUT......unless we can subsequently BUY in at a cheaper price.....but the what if a FARM IN deal is annoùnced in the meantime......??

Each to their own but I'm looking at this as making a healthy PROFIT without nevessarily the prospect of a maximisation of such. Sometimes STAGGERED BUYING' helps, but Im looking at àny future open offer to afford me an opporrunity to accumulate more stock for the very probable price appreciation into actual drilling.

A comfortable strategy to have and given I'm already well invested, hence no problems if we're surprised by any Farm in announcement.

Most of the short term sellings taken place......now perhaps we can await the Buying, with very little volume significantly pushing the share price.

The price may well have been bolstered by the 'incorrect' figures put forward previously but I'm viewing this on the basis of sttategic implementatiom of their growth plan with a strong platform, expansion of sales team and balance sheet to accomplish that - all within a sector in which that can be realized and eventual consolidation within that.

Hence YU. are in a tremendously strong position now to realize that organic growth and by extension an appreciation of the share price / shareholder value.

A degree of uncertainty is a good thing and accepting nothing is really an absolute given with Aim stocks - however, that in itself is not necessarily a bad thing, as it gives good scope for a significant re-rating off that.

Perhaps 'imo' would have been more appropriate as an addition to my previous post but was looking at that as being a given anyway.

RNS in the next couple of weeks then - at least a good floor for the price has now been èstablished.

A Multibagger or just a massive, multiple ROI as I like to view it, is something often spoken about but not realized due to the reliance of sentiment over a very narrow timeframe. That's why a prospect like YU. is such an attractive one.

Previously circa £12+, the price decimated through various reasons and with the huge uncertainty of the FCA accounting investìgation.....all exacerbated by the extremely limited free stock available.

Now we have the FCA investigation dismissed, a much Stronger platform for growth established and very recent and significantly large Director buys, more tellingly by thè CFO.

This company is set for a massíve price going forward and beyond short term variance we see now - hence why my own strategy ignores such and focuses on just building my overall holding (specific buys posted here prevìously). My highest price was at 165p and the same that the CFO paid, for which I'm completely confortable and in line with my longer term objectives here.

This will almost certainly surpass those previous Highs imo and hence the aforementioned strategy of accumulation of stock beyond said any daily moves - this can rush up equally as fast and no doubt will when certain Institutions come back into the frame.

They've confirmed that will be the case, so just awaiting further specific details on the route taken. Likely a placing with a large Open Offer component and possibly a FARM IN deal - they keep emphasising the current 'negotiations' and pressure on parties involved to sign, so there has to be some substance there.

Due to any placing being specific to cover drilling costs and not just general overheads and given such activity would have a relatively short time frame for actioning, we may see only a very short term dip followed by bolstering of the share price underpinning that drilling activities are going ahead - and of course the 'possibility' (if not the greater likelihood) that we may still secure a partner.

Any outcome will be a positive one to what we've had in the past with years of delays.

This will get very exciting indeed on this stock & BB soon.

The RNS stated they have a 'strong balance sheet' to fully implement their growth strategy going forward - this is a company very firmly positioned to expand and reurn major shareholder value from current levels.

I've no doubt the previous £10+ share price will be well passed in an appropriate time frame and with larger scale institutional investment also returning to reap dividend returns.

As I noted yesterday and on previous occasions, when randon BB posters endevour to give an unequivocal viewpoint of the company's finances & prospects going forward - I belive someone mentioned 20p yesterday & 50p today, lol

The CEO recently bought a significant amount of stock at 165p and doubt the CFO would have bought in at 165p....and we can very reasonably assume he has a far greater knowledge of the company & sector than anyone making somewhat less informed assertions on this and other BBs.

He bought in at 165p, with a strong level of confidence in the company's prospects going forward and based on his aforementioned knowledge of the sector and strategy implemeñtation to maximise capital growth and overall shareholder value.

Those making those very less informed financial commentaries are no doubt looking for their own fortuitous entries into the investment and cognizant of the above.

This stock has very few 'free shares' in issue, hence a small amount of profit taking can result in in inordinate price move......just as the opposiþe is true on Buying.

YU. are very well positioned now (as the CFO is well aware) and should eventually see its waý back to the £10+ levels, imo - a major ROI indeed!

If the Directors buy as after previous results and given the 'closed period' is over, we could see a very robust price move here - also noting the very few 'free float' of stock and the impact on limited Buying of said stock.

My holding is secure and looking to significant capital growth off the strong platform now established - and further the inevitable larger Funds buying in.

Some very spurious comments atm - not surprising considering the trajectory this company are on for growth going forward!

Now lets await some further Director buys no doubt.....!

Hmmm........doubt the CFO would have bought in at 165p recently, if 'fair value was 20p'!

I would reasonably assume he has a far greater knowledge of the company & sector than anyone making such assertions and with the full confidence of a significant rise above the aforementioned 165p.

I wouldn't be surprised if we get some Director buys in the next few days, now the results are out and consistent with their confidence in the company going forward.

Sufficient capital to facillitate the growth strategy going forward - again, why the CFO bought recently at 165p and with a clear line & resoùrces to effectively implement the company strategy.
