Well daid Jim and the same points I was discussing with a friend of mine, who actually invested into the stock for the first time today - essentially the drill guaranteed and a more than reasonable expectation of a significant price rise in the coming months, beyond any marginal transience on the current price level.

For me the pertinent question is - 'will the share price be significantly greater than the current level, moving into & through drilling operations'?

The answer is very likely YES, hence more than comfottable picking up a larger Holding to facillitate some derisking to cover the principal at least......and the rest for any very attractive Upside on a succesful discovery.

The oft discussed Farm in is also another factor is also around, albeit any ones guess at how likely that is - the main point is, drilling will be going ahead!

Just bought 2 batches at 08:22 & 08:28 - price may dip or go much higher......we may even get a Farm in announcement!

I actually can't be asked to watch price movements to get the 'best possible price' - I'm pretty Confident I'll see a multiple ROI from these levels and with a confirmed drill taking place.

Still have another order on a 'Limit buy' and some in reserve for any additional Open Offer shares I may be entitled to.

Any placing announcement may see a very transient dip (dependent on price), but given that funding for the drilling will have been secured, the price should surge thereafter.......unless of course it's negotiated at a premium and / or the aforementioned Farm in is concluded. My own view is that any placing / Open offer will be oversubscribed and the this will soon be one of the heaviest watched stocks on the Aim market.

RNS confirming Oil at Heron should be with us soon - we need to establish how much & commercial potential but as Mike Buck commented at the time, better than expected geology and certainly justifies his 'Delight' at those initial finds.

YHAL....yes, I feel extremely 'happy' & greatful being given this chance to offload stock, lol.

However, that's not how I intend to play this as I'm perhaps more aware than many of the 'silent' private investor contingent, on what's actually at play here.....excluding the regular contrubutors here, who are a particularly sharp bunch.

I just feel the Management are being somewhat disingenuous in their machinations, particularly when it comes to private investors and in favour of the larger favoured 'groups', that are in the shadows to reap the greater rewards.

However, I am intending to look after my own interests and hence why I'm not so easily influenced by any Management 'low ball' Tender offer and will retain my holding and despite prospects of such an Offer making me 'happy'.

A stale bull will take peanuts......just as the Native Americans took glass beads!

I don't intend to take part in any Tender Offer, unless it's significantly above current levels - and only then with a partial disposal. Others will no doubt be desperate to offload the stock and as anticipated by Toby & co.

The 'transition' will no doubt occur, albeit facillitated by a low ball Tender offer as part of the wider mix.

Toby is well aware of 'sentiment' in promoting this stock, as anyone who has had dealings with him knows, hence why his comments about a 'consultation process' are pre-meditated and to facillitate the larger picture to play out, imo.

We agree on the move to transfer ownership from Private investors to Institutions at least, albeit the PI's are looking to be the ones getting the short end of such a change.

That works in either direction of course and can equally impact for a fast appreciating share price - as no doubt it will at some point.

Dependent on respective timeframes, the undelying viewpoint and increased confidence for a major ROI is unchanged.

My holding levels will increase and the current level facillitates that.

@Tacuma, I have more confidence in the Moroccans sidelining general sentiment towards a 'green' policy than the British govt. not loooking out for 'specufic' concerns impacting the community, related to PEDL 143.

I remember a comment some time ago, where Toby stated he expected the company to transfer from private investors to larger strategic holders. I assumed at the time it would be at a premium price and not effectively sidelinining us to facillitate the aims of those who now seem to be effectively pulling the strings with the Management.

Subtle manipulations are indeed taking place, imho.

I think the onus of my previous post was to highlight the current low sentiment of private investors here and seeming to be actively propogated by Toby's further comments about 'Consultations' etc, fully aware of the negative effects on said investors - when a low ball Tender Offer is eventually put on the table, no doubt it'll be grasped upon by many 'stale bulls', reducing the proportion of PIs in the stock.

We'll then see what machinations occur and especially since there does seem to be genuine 'interest' behind the scenes, not reflected in any meaningful way in the SP, as 'open buying' isn't occuring with a low share price working in favour of the underlying efforts being worked towards.

Paranoia or substance - time will tell, but I certainly don't feel at least, that the BoD are looking out for the best interests of the smaller Private investors, who have effectively bankrolled this company from its earliest days.

Perhaps there's something more clandestine going on, where the company has effectively been bankrolled by private investors up to this point, now severely disillusioned with no return to show for it and deliberately being held out on, to entice them to sell out on a low ball Tender Offer.

The company then transitions into private hands with some very smug 'key investors' and a well rewarded Management team.

People have been saying for some time, that Toby is effectively a mouthpiece for others.....and who are now effectively sidelining the small, inconsequential PIs.

The buy back isn't being conducted to actively raise the share price in any meaningful way and the comments about consulting with shareholders regarding possible dividends / open offers etc is ludicrous - they know exactly what they want to achieve and it's not for our benefit, imo.

There may be points mentioned in the previous posts with some merit worth considering at least. However, the assertion that the Moroccans would renage on any current agreements due to their Green policy, is way off the mark, imho and inconsistent with initiatives to accrue hard cash to the country's coffers as opposed to any sentiment attached to the proclaimed 'Green policy'.

They certainly wouldn't be pursuing this, irrespective of conditions attached to respective responsibilities, if the aim wasn't to explore the discussed resources for eventual production if they prove meaningful.

The argument that they wouldn't pursue production of proven resources in favour of 'green sentiment', is a complete dud.
