Cdnoulsupporter, thank you for attending the AGM and giving 'some' fairly general feedback, but with the greatest respect, I find some of what you say hard to digest - "....The Company has a plan to move forward, which cannot be discussed on a bulletin board. Essar is not an issue and the reason why was explained in detail at the AGM - and I am not at liberty to post that on a public board."
It was a PUBLIC meeting and not a secret meeting if the War Cabinet, hence you're perfectly at liberty to disclose what was said and with no moral or legal impediment attached.
Indeed, prefacing your post with a lament on the quality of discussion here.....and then witholding information that has no restriction on it......is pretty well useless to shareholders here.
It can be argued that the Biblical posts have more use, hence would ask you to elaborate on the entirety of why you feel as you do and based on the points raised / addressed at the AGM.
Also, the overheads are an issue imho, as no effort seems to have been made to mitigate them, the management team well aware of the 'flexible' timeframes and business culture in the region - not having addressed the issue is reckless & crass behaviour on their part.
