The alternative is to help fund a "aggressive exploration campaign over the 14 new licences " enlighten me (and you can reply with anyone of your 3 accounts ) how do you envision kefi paying for that without a raise.

Kefi leaving Saudi now I believe is in shareholders best intrests otherwise it will he lost via dilution unless harry has some master plan that doesn't involve shareholders getting screwed , and he hasn't managed one to date so unsure why that will change now

We gave up on the 2030 Saudi vision the moment we started allowing our percentage to drop to these stupid levels.

It's clear that Harry's first thought when needing cash was to sell the saudi assets.

I brought into kefi being part of that 2030 vision a few years ago. There's no point buying onto that now when it's clear the c.e.o doesn't.

The fact that it's still in our hands suggests to me a offer nowhere near 100m was ever made , and it was likley fractions of that.

Tk isn't producing for a long time yet , anyone suggesting a raise is never gonna happen again I'd be very mindful this is AIM , harry goes through cash like it's confetti and we still need to pay our way with for day to day buisness.

They used to go by the name of stormpiper and quagpalm , same boards etc. They were exposed and all 3 of these new accounts were created within a week, again can be easily checked on profiles.

I'm not convinced either, saudi side of things that is. I'm not convinced a placement right now is necessary either with such sums raised in December but it's talk that will ramp up as months go by.

Today's news only strengthens my belief that the sums of 70 80 or 100m were never really in the offering for harry, I'm convinced harry would of snapped hands to do a deal with such sums of money , to go back essentially to as we were with Saudi as mentioned by myself and a few posters really does need clarifying

With such alleged intrest why hasnt a sale been achieved?

Was the descion to move the deadline just a p.r front? (Speculation on my part but wouldn't rule it out)

I'm hoping as some have suggested that there's more to Saudi then publicly disclosed.

Going back to exploring more then we were before with added licences and not having the cash left to pay for it is a worrying sign (I'm simply talking Saudi not kefi in general).

Hopefully next couple of weeks will give more answers then questions

I would sell saudi also , was absolutely gutted when we lost so much via dilution , but if we can get 15m now I'd grab it with both hands as the alternative until harry says otherwise is clearly further dilution of the project we will ultimately lose for nothing

But I have to admit you have raised a great question which went over my head.

If the saudi sale was never needed to get tk over the line , why has harry changed his mind now BCM are involved.

It's a very good example why harry should talk less.

It's a question in might post to the company providing it hasn't already been done.

Rob i agree, unfortunately I don't ever see us mining in saudi.

The fact if we are being honest, is the exploration costs alone are more then kefi can afford to spend before any profits are realised from Saudi.

Also the fact harry was gonna sell it regardless how he sees its future tells me if he needs the money saudi will be the asset to go.

There is no alternative as raising money via the market will be nothing short of a catastrophe. There was clearly a gap that needed filling. Today I guess it was filled

It does sound all so desperate , we are gonna sell saudi, we have loads of bids , we have extended the deadline for bids. Then we have a contractor which we thought we already had and changed , so no longer the need to sell saudi.

Saudi moving forward concerns me , and it needs clarifying, if kefi have a way of funding the project AND all te new licences then fantastic , I never wanted kefi to leave the country every other explorer is trying to get in

But currently our costs are going up , and currently we have paid for them via dilution. If that's the case moving forward then harry han alleged tobget 100m then it would be best for shareholders to sell.

Personally I don't see that figure being anywhere near accurate. Which leaves some intresting questions regarding Saudi, I'm hoping if harry intends to keep it he actually has a plan on how costs will be covered.

To clarify bcm is good news as is saudi. I'm sure for once you will agree with me. In time some clarification is needed

Saudi ..... what's the actual plan with this now? , if they have decided to keep 15% then great news , but something has to change as the current plan has seen them diluted to the 15%. If harry was genuinly offered 100m he would have grabbed it with both hands considering the desperate situation he clearly found himself in. It's something that needs clarifying.

BCM group ,...... the new contractor has come on board , and willing to put up some cash, again all good. But the obvious question which was raised elsewhere is what happened to lycopodium and pw mining who signed the final umbrella agreement. , they left the syndicate and we were not told and kefi have had to scramble to fix it whichbat one point was gonna cost us Saudi.

Ratification is being worked on for this bquarter not next week , if it was next week Harry would of said worked on for next month. Still think this is Aug at the very earliest before any money can be drawn down.

personally it's what i always believed would happen , also the general consensus here , it is them that have increased their overall stake from us.

it's also very plausible they initiated the sale , which they had a right to do once kefis stake dropped below 25%.

Fast approaching 4 weeks since the deadline for "indicative offers" ie preliminary offers that are not legally binding.

You would really hope that if they are serious about selling saudi the preffered bidder (if it's not ARTAR) are well under way. Not convinced one has been chosen yet though

My experiance with other shares is any sale or j.v etc is announced with a exclusivity period while the deal gets worked on, a few months later or longer depending on transaction it's done.

If harry has a buyer at a decent price I'd expect he would be shouting from the rooftops , its good P.R , and harry does love a bit of p.r regardless on if its good or pumping news.

It's why i allways felt this would be a lengthly process

Away from fooling every ramper on this forum and doing more damage to the s.p then it's worth , anyone can research to suggest it would be longer them what it's taken.

If we were invested IN AFC you could argue that management would have more of a idea on the timings , but in the grand scheme of things kefi is a very small peice of the puzzle in the whole process. I'm sure the EG want this project up and running , but the whole ratification process means so much more then just kefi and TK TO AFC and the EG

I think harry has hyped so much how he has access to the top that he has actually convinced himself and a few others he has more power and influence then he actually has, especially when there are examples he hasn't

For me the refreshing if the contractors contract is a big one.

It makes little sence to me why you would either

A) spend half a million doing something that might need doing again if ratification isn't done in 2 months.

B) or if they are not being reckless with cash , how is everyone going to be ready to "look at each other in june" if this peice of work still needs doing.

C) they're more aware then they have let on around timings of ratification and it will neither be wasting money and a good time to start the refreshments of the contracts , but even if that's the case why mislead investors by saying it's fast tracked or gonna happen by end of 2024.

It's just a classic example of why harry should talk a lot less because all 3 scenarios isn't a great look.

I'm hoping it's scenario c which is bad. The other 2 are just a lot worse put the 3 options

Kefi has stood still operationally for some time now.

The only ever rns we get from tk is regurgitated information while we await ratification to take place which will enable the bank to lend kefi cash and move the project forward.

This exercise has been costly with raised finances and dilutive in terms of the shares now on the register.

Saudi intrests also up for sale , and until the price is known has been another costly dilutive exercise, once having a meaningful stake in exciting projects that have now been diluted so much we are now forced to move on.

Apart from these news kefi has lost the areas surrounding tk , areas with multiple targets.

It's no wonder volume is a complete car crash right now , why harry hasn't done BASIC exploration at konso to keep news moving away from the above is a mystery. We are a exploration company right???

Any new investors looking in will do research see we are leaving Saudi, and that tk has has been waiting for finance for multiple years , exploration wise there's nothing else to get excited about.

Sure those here will want to believe ratification is imminent , but those looking in will need more convincing then those that have already brought into the story.

Ratification will be a big moment for kefi , I'm not convinced it will be a huge moment in the share price , that will come once the money is available imo
