A producer and a huge stockpiles, a working mine and having more potential in west dome deeps plus others is the reason it shouldn't be put in the same breath as kefi.

Exploration companys on AIM aspire to be the next ggp , very very few will, some will mine bit won't be as big.

Even though many have convincing story's to say otherwise.

Stringer the ratification news was a really positive peice , no doubt about it.

But in the grand scheme of things sign off still requires work.

Ratification means those prices of work can start moving again , it doesn't mean everything is signed off.

Especially considering a mine still needs to be built yet.

Your money sentiment is spot on , and having grounded and balanced expectations is much better for your investment then the ones with the rose tinted glasses.

20% was amazing Friday, some were expecting over a penny. Never even got halfway to that.

stebo i find it fascinating you find time to respond to my post that i done for the benefit of the forum to have a pop at me , each to their own, but why respond to a message you feel is completely irrelevant. why not just ignore my message and wait for a thread you feel you want to get involved with, like a numbers one but let's be clear.....

firstly it breaks rule 1 on the lse website, clearly lse feels it necessary to create such a rule even if you feel it's fine for posters to create multiple usernames.

secondly , the moment someone creates more then one account to post in the same threads and forums is doing so for reasons that isn't honest and with agenda drivem motives , regardless if they manage to succeed in those motives or not.

thirdly , i have had constant issues with 8 usernames that turned out to be 2 people , i could use your own advice and say to you, why do you get your knickers in a twist when someone doesn't agree with your numbers and projections , grand scheme of things it doesn't really matter does it!!!, but i'm sure you would be intrested to know if 3 usernames you were getting heavy debate from turned out to be the same person. puts a whole new perspective to the argument/debate.

ultimately i agree they have zero impact on the share price , and i would encourage them to ditch 2 usernames and just post with the one , but that's not the agenda.

Santigot os agreeing with Ponderosol on the same thread as though it's 2 different posters.

Investors of this forum should know that Ponderosol, santigot and Mainstay are in fact the same person.

Literally taking 2 mins of your time and click on each profile will show if you look at the chat history pie chart , each if the 3 usernames are identical.

They also live to use emoji and the term warriors and unemployed.

The 3 accounts were all created within a week of each other.

All 3 accounts were created when I exposed stormpiper and quagpalm as the same person who have also stopped posting and used to also post in the same forums as these 3.

Does it do anything to the s.p , of course not. But you should be aware as investors here that when these posters are posting innthe same thread to appear like different posters are agreeing with others it's not the case.

this is the biggest issue i have with you mainstay/ponerosol/santigot

your opinion is your opinion, posters might not agree , that's debate , but your using multiple accounts in the same thread.

you use one account to post an opinion , and then log in with another account and actually agree with it so it seems like another poster has the same thoughts.

many here know i'm absolutly correct when i exposed you as 3 accounts.

your old user names stormpiper and quagpalm stopped posting when inexposed you.

within a week ponderosol , santigot , and mainstay were created

all 3 accounts post on the same forums as your old accounts

anyone that takes literally 2 mins of thier time can pop on each profile and look at the chat history pie chart. they are identical.

add the constant use of referring to most as unemployed or warriors just confirms it.

i just don't get it , honestly i don't, it does nothing to the s.p and your posts are pretty pointless half the time. who actually posts something and then logs in another profile to respond to that post. its ******* weird.

As regards the works on the Mining Licence area: the Owner’s team designs the mine, process flow-sheet and on-site infrastructure. It takes specialist advice as and where required.

The plant and site infrastructure flow-sheet is then optimised, detail-engineered and its building overseen by Lycopodium. Lyco is a process engineering contractor.

The earthmoving for infrastructure is by the civil contractors under Lycopodium and for the mine is under the mining services contractor, BCM. BCM is a civils and mining contractor.

Both Lycopodium and BCM report into TKGM Project Management , all monitored overseen by KEFI management. KEFI Non-Executive Directors also sit on operating company Boards, as do partners’ representatives. KEFI controls overall and warrants to protect the contractors, partners and financiers

Personally I think based on the news or lack of news some could say , it's been an incredible day , never did i envision 1p today , madness predictions in my eyes , but I also if truth be told i didn't expect a 20% uplift.

So some will be sitting there maybe a little disapointed with the final close price. Personally I'm more then happy.

I'm a little concerned some of ratification is possibly priced in , the market has brought that news , if I'm wrong then great, if I'm right my expectations haven't took a beating.

I believe it was a sale of the full 25% to ARTAR. The foregoing of 10% was a provision within the JV Agreement so could be settled immediately, and thus be RNS’d. This means ARTAR will really be paying the price for 25% (less $10m) for the 15%. This gives ARTAR the opportunity to acquire the full 25%, pay a price that will keep KEFI share holders happy, and pay a price that will ensure that there will be no other higher bidders.

KEFI have always bragged about how great their relationship was with ARTAR. ARTAR volunteered to keep funding KEFI. If KEFI had wanted they could have did a further raise to hold onto that 10% rather than give it away for $10m.

I believe that it is a done deal, ARTAR have bought the whole lot for a reasonable price (say $80m for the 25%), but it will be presented to us as $10m for the 10% and $70m for the 15%, which we’ll all be over the moon with.

Easily an extra 1p+ onto the share price, and could drop anytime. Watch this space.
