I don't believe any bonus was warranted.
Cast aside the s.p.
Many employees were furlough for the sake of the buissness , thery were not on 100% wages.
Out debt increased.
Our court case showed we were wrong with our reasons to pull out. Issues here is more the side of the judgement.
Dividends stopped.

The fella is on 1.5m wages so I read here , taking a bonus on top of that considering all the above sends out completely the WRONG message when the company is until the judgment sorted fighting for the future as we currently know it.

Plenty of reasons to hold, this message isn't about should I sell should I hold should I buy.
It's if he took a bonus it sends out the wrong message to every single shareholder , employee and lender trying to make sure we recover from this , progress being made bit not recovered

You say big TV and to expensive, I say look at trading update rns.
You might struggle to afford it on your paper round wages without mummy helping out by buying a pic a mix which I agree is expensive.
The rest of movie goers will keep going as it becomes a affordable option when you factor in the cost of a family meal, a trip to the theme park , a holiday , a sporting event , a concert , or the price of 2 trilogy meals from KFC and some ice cream for later which jist set me back nearly 30 quid thanks to the kids.

The contradiction in majority of their articles means if it cineworld rallys they can pull out a article to say they were right and look how great they are

If it drops guess what there will be a article they can pull out to say they were right and again look how great they are.

Investors I would like to think have put their own money into research AWAY from a bulletin board.

He should be welcoming new investors with open arms especially if he Is down on his money here , after all its new investors adding money which will help get him out of his mess.

I have met very few people who are very negative about a company They are invested in period.
These posters I'm beey wary off .......its like owning a resurant moaning tp your staff you never get customers, and when some finally arrive through the door you warn them you think the food tastes bad.

Least he's posting something positive to read about rather then why the company won't do this or can't do that.

You have your reservations fine , but to moan at posters because they have little time here and are positive in their comments is childish.

If you don't like p.p just filter him , if you don't like the firm sell up , you don't sound like a investor let alone one ththat'invested long term, you should be happy your investment is heading in the right direction.

Blue buxton yes I can see your message. And I'm afraid this time we will have to agree to disagree , I still think any attempt of a takeover at cineplex is a bad idea.

I'm sure the man is approachable to the right people , if he puts his email address out there he will be answering 1000s of emails a day rather then doing the job he's paid to do , agree with his performance over the last couple of years or not right now is irrelevant, as this is the time more then ever in my opinion we need to let him get on with his job and get it right.

Getting in contact with cineworld isn't that what investor relations is there for , granted they don't always answer but its a way of asking questions to the company.my last 2 were not answered bit that may of been the tone of my email.

If mooky hasn't thought about all viable options then we are In bigger problems then what I thought, mooky has sought extra liquidity when he felt it necessary from various sources, and I'm sure if a take over of cineplex was a viable option that made financial sence he or someone round that top table would of thought about it.

I could see him dona listing on the u.s stock exchange to try and raise money like he has previously suggested rather then try and take over cinerworld. A hostile one at that also doesn't seem mookys way.

It's all opinions I guess fun. Maybe some are looking at ways out the mess and come up with some ideas for debate. Beter then some of the threads I see. Least we are talking about cine again I guess.

But my opinion this time is no different to yours , more chance of Jordans tip coming through , I also believe the thread know this and I'd like to think its more on a what if , or could we debate rather then fully expecting news of a takeover attempt.

2nd question where is that said money going to come from?

Blue buxton do you genuinly think emailing mooky and telling him he should do a hostile takeover he would believe its helpful and he would appreciate it.

Remember we walked away from the deal not cineplex , we are still not at prepandemic levels so they are not also making money.

The threads , newspaper articles online stories , always like to talk about the debt here , I'm sure adding to that debt pile to a industry that's not recovered yet isn't the best thing right now.

Of course its clear im in the minority here , but I for one hope we don't go near it right now.
A settlement outside court will I'm sure lift our s.p providing its dropped from over $1b that will doe for now why we get our own house in order before taking on next door who also have outstanding bills to pay
