while i don't think any out of court will come soon (just my opinion) probably wise through communication with cine not to completely write it off , why do I say this simply because investor relations told me when i questioned the court case timeline it was a number of months away.

judgement was dropped 2 weeks later, so they didn't have a clue or choose not to say, i would hope its not the latter , either way it looks bad , not to communicate with a shareholder or not having any idea when a verdict is to be dropped did leave a sour taste in my mouth ,( and no it wasnt one of robins stale flight biscuits that done it )

reasons I don't think it will drop soon , not paying anything right now probably suit Cineworld this moment in time , i would rather wait until next year before starting to talk figures with them, and if cine really genuinely believe they have done no wrong and the court will drop the judgement substantially then why not just go to court.

See happens all the time.

How many times do we see the s.p rocket on other companys when they announce one bit of good news.
We have a steady stream of updates and after every single one of them bar pfs the price drops. Most of my top ups have been on results day which has seen me drop my average from low 20s,(late to the party) to 16.

Personally as I said the news is just factual information on where we are at , and adds to the confidence to keep buying , i say it a lot , in a couple of years no-one will remember April 28th 2022 s.p let alone care about it.

I continue to simply buy into the future here not the here and now.

It really won't surprise me if the s.p is played again , happens EVERYTIME results are out.

I read the rns and I just see a win win, either a s.p that reacts or a opportunity to simply top up during the games.

Insider the difference between me and you is I never encourage posters to buy sell or hold , I simply write my opinion on a share I'm invested in, on a opinion based forum for that same share with fellow investors who also are invested.

You on the other hand encourage others to part with their money at substantial loses in some cases on a share your not invested in and sold up nearly 9 months ago , all to make you feel better about your own desicions which in hindsight was in fact the right thing to do. Do you do this with all your previous investments as I don't see it in your messages.

At every mile stone price hasn’t moved as expected, I’ve simply lost patience with it. I’ve no doubt at all if you were happy to stick it in a drawer forget about it and go back in a year or two it will 100% be a very good profit - I simply like to see my money earning for me in the hear and now.

Reppyrr personally I like mooky , what more do you want him to say regarding the appeal? We are appealing and know the reasons why.

Since covid he has acctually made big decisions , he closed us for a large period of time , a good move in hindsight, he has raised money as and when without adding more shares to the pot. The buissness is better run now then what it was period to covid with the cost cutting exercise.

Covid has hit us hard no doubt about it , mooky steering us to this point while not out the woods has been more then satisfactory in my opinion , hindsight is a wonderful thing he has done it while getting over the challenges in real time along the way.

Questions around the courtcase I can understand but mookys silence while at times annoying shouldn't be mied with doing a bad job because of it.
