From only 20 days ago (exe RNS);
"This contract is just one in a strong pipeline of system sales and lease opportunities which will underpin future revenue growth as we seek to capitalise on our position to displace diesel generators within the next decade."
This is the second time a 'strong pipeline' has been referred to within 2 months of each other.
With or without the Ukraine crisis, AFC still has a game changing product with a strong pipeline, which will convert regardless of what happens there. As some are alluding to here, energy / fuel diversification is something the west will certainly look to coming out the back of this crisis, of which green hydrogen, ammonia and methanol must be beneficiaries (and ultimately electrolyser and fuel cell companies). The rising cost of oil will just make diesel prices go up making our product even more attractive in our core industries of back up power and ev charging. Gutted I don't have the disposable to buy at these prices.
Peel, have projections for this year at £4.4m, which I believe at least half would already have been met with the ABB and Exe season. Today's market cap is Peel's predicted £4.4m @ 50X forward revenue, which we know in this sector, and for a company that growth stage AFC could find itself coould be extremely 'cheap'.
As ever, it is on AB and AFC to deliver news that shows it can make that predicted £4.4m (AFC have pointed to being confident of meeting brokers forescasts themselves recently, of which I've only seen Peel's). It would mean that revenue is receibvable in the next 7 months. If that's the case, we should hear about a commercial agreement or two imminently (unless, we recieve upfront dev money at any point between now and end of oct). 2023's predicted revenue is £11m, a like for like forward valuation would make this about 60p if it looks good for that number - and that's based on a valuation when it has basically kicked off in Ukraine.
Let's see how strong this pipeline plays out to be, but there's still everything to play for. IMO DYOR.
