I think the prospect of a pre-pack is higher than people can bear to acknowledge. There is certainly no communication to allay fears, and it is only the Frasers stockholding which gives me any sense of confidence that such a move would be resisted. As for the other institutional shareholders, I can't fathom what they're thinking. They too seem perfectly happy to be turned over.

Come on tradey, tell us all what the Christmas results actually were. Tell us specifically what they were and put us all to shame.

Prepack for parts of Boohoo proper is what should be alarming people. Why is there such hesitancy to release results for Christmas, followed by annual results? If any of these were positive, wouldn't they be yelling it from the rooftops? Just look at historical articles when festive trading was particularly good - there was no hesitation to shout about it.

Still twisting, too proud (or arrogant) to admit your error. No Christmas trading figures, and up to nine months could have passed before we find out what they were (or how bad they were).

Thank you Hexam. As one of many with a fair whack locked up in this stock, I think the least I could ask for is regular official updates on company performance, on which I can base decisions. Not up to nine months later, when the market has long since priced in the performance and the share price has slumped further.
