Apart from accepting benefits from third parties, I am of the opinion of each of those duties have been breached on at least one occasion apiece, if not multiple times by various management team members. It continues to this day with the never-ending interference in REVB, all to chase losses on a bone-headed punt on them years ago. It is absolutely scandalous, the way that this company has been run since COVID.

The share price recovery has been nothing short of incredible since that new loan was announced. Just shows the market's confidence.

More money being blasted today on propping up an entirely different company, I see. The waste never ends.

Still can't see a long-term upside to today's announcement. Sheer desperation having to seek out additional lending from unorthodox sources at even worse rates, all because the management of this company simply cannot stop wasting money.

TGP are on a win-win with this. Repayment at a shockingly generous rate, or the best bits of the carcass if the management finally finish the company off.

Wow, had to accept a really punitive rate. Furthermore, with inflation remaining worryingly high, any hikes in the base rate will impact the rate payable on the financing, creating additional stress. Paints a terrible picture in summary - it shows how close to insolvency this lot have driven the company. It also indicates that the company is still hell-bent on continuing the money blastathon (presumably on REVB) throwing good money after bad.

Well Teddy, I would advise extreme caution. Due to the appalling mismanagement of the company over many years, the share has plenty of potential to continue its slide into oblivion. It really is a survival scenario, and any speculation on recovery would be no better than laying one on the nag's head at Chepstow. Don't listen to the pumpers who have led quite a few into ruin, themselves included.
