Yes, I'm sure the institutions (with their holdings averaging in the 40-50p range) are just chuffed to bits with how things have turned out since the last vote, and with how things are going in general. And any small shareholders who believe that there is no bear case can either vote for the reelection of the incumbents or abstain altogether.

So I think it has dawned on most (with a few stubborn exceptions) that the recent results were mere fluff, and that the company's real state of health is really rather worrying. Share price therefore remains in the mire.
