Vanadium is used for VRFB’s which are static and used for grid storage of solar power etc. Vanadium is also used to reinforce steels in large buildings. Not used for electric vehicles!

These are the guys that have a vanadium mine and backed by Vision Blue (Sir Mick Davis). Currently doing a Banking Feasibility Study but the whole thing looks like it’s in the bag. The timelines seems to have halved the share price from the peaks (47p).

I bought 10k shares today and hope to double my money. I would imagine a share consolidation is on the cards. From what I can tell the timeline is 12 months and maybe a further 12 months to production?

MCap or market capital is the number of outstanding shares x current share price. It is a gross figure that does not illude profit or net value.

Good point Ruck. I guess it’s easier to give maximum protection to those that are willing.

TF, I just hope that Omicron is far less serious than the dominant strain - Delta. If it is also more infectious then we may see the end of Delta…But as we say, it’s not just about the latest strain, it is what may come after. Maybe the only thing to kill Covid 19 is Covid 19?

How low for Revolution Bars? With more evidence in the next week regarding Covid levels and Omicron, could go either way. 28p last month but maybe 17p or even 15p with bad news? I am keen on this one but it’s not a clear buy yet IMO.

I agree. Maybe it’s because Scancell have always been slow and steady that I base my feeling it may wait. On the other hand, considering the current financial footing and its ability to work more so in-house, it could be they are able to be bold with COVIDITY. Especially so if the data makes a persuasive case. By ‘bold,’ I am not trying to infer reckless. Confident maybe; an admirable attribute.

Yeah Merck have 30% efficacy not 50% according to the article doing the rounds on SNG.

Funnny, I put bioNtech on my watchlist a couple of weeks ago and it gained from 2.38 to 3.25. Don’t know why but it just grabbed my attention. That’s cheap for a big pharma.

I am looking at April/May 22 for some indication although I am sure the timelines may slip slightly. As that is such a short time, maybe Lindy would be minded to wait until the spring anyway and make doubly sure.

Personally I think targeting of the N protein will prove positive and alert the market that Scancell is a serious proposition.

Treating should be re rating!

If we cast our minds back to the lockdowns (let’s hope we don’t have to go there again). Sustained gloom over days at a time was quite damaging for some stocks. Let’s hope that there are no compound losses in leisure travel and entertainment sectors. Covid stocks may rally but might that only be temporary?

I am going to wait and see if there are any bargains. 10 or 15% down would still represent risk IMO, especially as many stocks are naturally treating downwards lately.

We know that sooner or later we will have a virus mutation of real concern. We need to be ready and presently COVIDITY and other 2nd Gen vaccines look like the way to go. Wether Omicron turns out to be a serious as some fear we will have to wait and see, however it is a timely reminder that the virus will mutate. That’s why we need to vaccinate the whole world and that means there is room in that market for all on different timelines and price points.
