Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
"For example, the sale of his AI company. There is no doubt a company existed that was sold. However, I have looked and can find zero information in terms of who owned the comapny, who he worked with, what it was sold for etc."
Bits and bobs here,

"Bobsocks, my email is genuine, I have no intention whatsoever of playing your silly little games which you seem to get so much perverse pleasure from, for one I wouldn't trust you one inch with any personal information, just ask CTW if it's true ffs!"
You have a link to an official website with a contact e-mail on it. You don't have to trust me with your personal information.
What you, or AHS, choose to do now has no bearing on the situation beyond providing corroborating information as you see fit.
LSEG has copies along with the background information which may or may not cause problems for yourselves should they decide to investigate further in respect of the possibility that either of you have published misinformation.
Assuming one or both of you have not published misinformation and you did receive those e-mails then, as far as I am concerned they included, disparate but nevertheless, Market Sensitive Information and I have explained as much to LSEG.
That is now out of my hands and subject to consideration by LSEG. I see no reason to bother your source.

I assume they would be the relevant authority to ask about today's events. I won't copy the contents here but I have included as much background information as I can along with my concerns including the possibility that the messages as published to this forum may be fake.
As previously suggested I do understand the concerns that AHS and Will might have with divulging their own contact information to randoms of this forum. However I would request that they consider forwarding those e-mails to the e-mail available from the above web page. You will receive a reply from an auto-responder, they do not assign case numbers.
If you do chose to do this then it would be useful if you include the same reference I have used, QBT070324, so they can link the messages together. I have suggested that I would prefer to remain anonymous and you would like the same.

Someone else ran some sums on the present value of the find. Here is another way of looking at it
500,000 cf per day is 5.8 cf/s. That's a 2.7 foot wide hole flowing at 1 foot per second. 1 foot per second is 0.68 miles per hour. This is described as being calm, 0, on the Beaufort Scale.
?
Maybe QBT need to release a clarification RNS.
https://quantumblockchaintechnologies.co.uk/images/QBT_-_Market_Update_20_October_23_1.pdf
We are expecting an RNS and if it's contents fail to demonstrate proper confidence or clarity then I predict that we will hit over 2,000 posts arguing the toss. LSE better send someone down Argos to buy another Hard Disk.
"Whatever I am smoking is no where near as potent as what you lot are on! "
FWIIW the reference to smoking was not directed at you. I have no doubt you received the reply. It's just the contents that seem a bit borderline in respect of market sensitive information.
"Is that indicative of the size of the miner they worked with?"
The other, same, side to that coin is what that might tell us about what scale the SaaS solution is at? Were they limited to 250 rigs because that's all that the SaaS could cope with?
Remember they snaffled £2 Million and a chunk of that was earmarked for this phase of operations...
https://quantumblockchaintechnologies.co.uk/images/QBT_-_Placing_30_Oct_23_final_-.pdf
“The Placing provides QBT with the opportunity to set up its cloud service infrastructure, most likely in North America, to enable the deployment of Method A and Method B as a SaaS product for the bitcoin mining market. We predict revenue will be generated either by charging subscription fees for each mining rig served, or by sharing the extra mined bitcoins, as a result of the miner using QBT’s technology, or a combination of the two."
"Very good news though that we finally get clarification on testing, should stop all the arguments on here (*and create new ones*)"
Very true. Previously my wet finger has suggested they would have to test for one month on 1,000 rigs to obtain statistically significant results. Going further off the wall then based on that four month figure, as now confirmed, the implication would be that they only managed to snaffle 250 rigs. Is that indicative of the size of the miner they worked with?
"Anyone got his email address"
Here you go,

"What makes you think that Bob?"
At the risk of this post doing a disappearing act it's not the lack of deal, assuming you interpret the message that way. It's the announcement that the testing, of groundbreaking technology, has been completed. They are, presumably, compiling the results and will release the details next week. Whilst there is no indication of success the phrase 'groundbreaking technology' might hint that.
I would be inclined to suggest that it is borderline the Tweet gaff that happened last year. I guess we wait to see if they are forced to publish an early clarification RNS.
"AIM Rule 11 requires notification without delay of any new developments which are not public knowledge which, if made public, would cause a significant movement in its share price."
Which, I suppose depending on your point of view, exactly describes the content of that e-mail.

I appear to have acquired a Cat without letting it in. Either it wants foodie-woodies or is advising bedsie-wedsies.
I guess I'll go for option two and get woken up later for option one followed by outsidy-wideys later on. Assuming there is no Rainy-Wainy.
Life outside of this place is so less complicated.
Night-Night.
"Its worse that love Island watch this."
Not much chance of copping of in front of camera around here though. Just a bunch of phychos handing out advice to sensible people based on their own experience.
Hope you haven't posted elsewhere. A quick out of context copy and paste and your reputation will be destroyed. At least I think that is the way they think it works.
