Phil has now been transferred to a 'comfortable' ward where other people make sure there are no dirty tea cups left about the place and a 'relative' has arrived and taken control of his phone. The staff are suspicious about the relative who has now drunk fourteen cups of tea whilst giggling in an emoji like way at those who wash up the cups and accused everyone else of trying to get in lower on his favourite tea and also being short people.

Quick update. Despite warnings. After being smacked in the head by a Duck Phil is now in A&E refusing to give up his phone and is still posting incoherently. Despite continual reassurance that this is his normal state the medical staff are concerned that he may be concussed. Unfortunately the Duck has had to be put down. I shall leave those wiser than myself to work out the moral to this tale.

Yes Jambone. You have been repeatedly told this but your head remains divorced from its statistical meaning and how that might translate into the actual impact of QBT on the actual mining environment unless they achieve a significant market penetration.

It looks like you might have tried switching yourself off and back on again. Sometimes, according to the help desk, it can help if you leave it ten minutes before switching on again. YMMV but doing it too quickly as advised by the BOFH may have negative consequences.

Of course if you want to confuse yourselves and carry on burbling about hash rate versus solve rate then you should really be looking at hedging against the differentials in as much there will be a lag between the supposed advantage available from QBT and the adjustment of solve rate. As such you would look to invest in mining companies or pools that implement QBT at or prior to the time they do so before the solve rate is adjusted to compensate and the advantage is lost or others catch up. In part this would give QBT an advantage in that particular market assuming their Random SHA256 Crack Generator can keep up with the requirement to come up with new methods and they can maintain the secrecy of such inside knowledge. The rest of you might have to resort to CFD's or Spread Betting where 70% of people blow themselves up.
