Given the most recent babble was about, finally, having an ASIC, although this time in collaboration with others assuming anyone is going to listen to them, how many $/£Million will they need to snaffle? Perhaps £4 million will do it at 0.75p. That's only another 40% dilution.

Don't they convert in opposite directions? Company has to pay back VS Bondholder has to snaffle shares. The changes meaning QBT have to pay back more money at a later date whilst the Bondholder can snaffle more shares at a later date. I have absolutely no idea what that means beyond it being bad news for shareholder whilst being good news for bondholders.

Of course the other negative conclusion is that the company is not in a position to satisfy either way because it is a busted flush so they are kicking the can down the road in the hope it is going unbust itself but it won't so both parties are stuffed anyway so they may as well kick the can.

AFAIK Asic design is a complex and expensive business. Previously they have made noises about working with Intel on the ICs bought up by Dorsey but otherwise they have been promising to come up with their own designs or piggy back on other peoples designs for ages. I would expect that to be a hard to impossible sell/ask. To me the bloke is just coming up with random words expressing his dreams but reality always gets in the way. The man was supposedly an academic but you need to make grant proposals to get funding for your research and if you produce random waffle you don't get funding. Much easier to waffle on Twitter and land some easy venture capital.
