Quite frankly having suffered the slings and arrows of the pro side, who have nothing more meaningful to say about the company and of themselves are quite distasteful, it would seem they are now getting a taste of their own medicine from at least one anti who is prepared to give the same back to them whilst demonstrating a level of immunity to their persistent attacks in concert which are undoubtedly based on similar projection but to a higher and well tuned degree.

Even if the company were to produce any meaningful positive news which, to me is not going to happen anytime soon if ever, I would very much doubt the level of reporting from what are in effect the long term incumbents as demonstrated by the likes of Jambone and his crew would be able to describe it as anything less than the second coming whilst doing fake nose rubbing pseudo alpha male victory laps and as such the battle will continue.

The lead in ad from Kraken, you may get a different one, is interesting in that the disclaimer states that you may lose all of your money and have no protection. There is also the warning that people may be talking book. This is FG talking about his second patent application. Personally I believe that some of the claims he makes are quite outlandishly beyond the pale but no doubt Jambone will latch onto them and make some claims later without citing his source in the hope that he can demand an apology from the unsuspecting.

If and when that does happen, December this year when the company is still not either generating revenues or is profitable, I will no doubt be commenting on it in view of the claims that FG makes in the above interview. However once again I will point out that QBT is prone to announcing such things with a fanfare via RNS and then not announcing the possibility of an absolute fail via the same mechanism. Is the interest in QBT istself of perhaps his other enterprises in the hope that one of them, not necessarily QBT, might hit paydirt one day?

Of course and as we all know the empire of the CEO of QBT has recently reshuffled addresses. Some were left at 22 St James. Others moved to 1 Chancery. Why did that happen. My suspicion is that one group is going to be cast away whilst the rest sail on on the good ship FG. Indeed I have previously speculated about this.

Personally I don't think QBT is going to amount to anything and I have already outlined many of the reasons for my doubt. However, being listed, it has been a bit of a cash cow and, in part, some of that cash might have gone in support of other companies as loans by the CEO set against his own shares in QBT.

Well Rita Pizzi has often been touted as the AI genius upon which QBT's technology is based. However,

Rita appears to have spent much of her early life involved in the fields of medicine and biology perhaps only to be led astray by a suave Proffessor Gardin into a dead end project on BlockChain. Perhaps Bacteria Intelligence represents a return to her roots and, given she and her Svengali now have a granted patent on a subject closer to her heart might it be possible that both of them will lose interest in QBT?

It really would be pointless trying to correct the blither that spews from Jambone's keyboard because it does not stop it spewing it but there are cases where others think it means what it wants it to mean and they really need to be given a chance to have second thoughts.

One attributed to the CEO and one attributed to the company itself and both held by Eufingest and both directly related to shares held in the company itself. I would be inclined to suggest that, being liens over the company, they are in effect inseparable and should be treated as such. You of course will not like that.

is the director of a number of other companies of which some rely on their going concern status as a result of loans from their Director, i.e. FG. Can I also suggest that we, or rather you and others, as investors in QBT might be concerned that FG has being borrowing money against shares in QBT in support of his interests outside of QBT.

You should also be concerned what might happen to the CEO of QBT should he no longer able to do so either because he is unable to pay his own outstanding debts and/or as a result he loses his credit status and is no longer able to support his interests outside of QBT. At which point does FG have to make a decision as to where his loyalties lie and can you be certain he will abandon his empire in favour of QBT?

This is a question that often crops up on Dragons Den, new series now on iPlayer. The Dragons generally do not invest in individuals who are not prepared to commit 100% to the company they are being asked to invest in. Why should FG expect to be treated any differently by you.

Interesting. Jambone is frightened about people trying to have a reasoned and reasonable discussion about the implications of the repo and loans being rolled over.

A sensible person would think that they are being rolled over because they cannot, at the present time, be satisfied by the company. A sensible person would also assume that they cannot be satisfied by the company because they are generating no income and indeed might also conclude that given repayments have been delayed for at least two years that the company and the lenders don't expect it is going to be cash generative for the foreseeable future.

FG may have suggested that he expects revenue generation in 2024 but he has not given any particular timescale for this and of course as we all understand, at least the sensible of those amongst us, generating revenue does to equate to being profitable and therefore in a position to pay off debts so on that side we are left with a meaningless expectation.

Of course unlike us sensible people Jambone will not admit to such facts because it would destroy his baseless dreams and will therefore prefer to descend into conspiracy based rants about hoards of Multi-ID boiler room upticking there own posts as they fly over his house in saucers from the planet Zagot shouting Beep at him.
