Clearly the planet will need oil for many many years to come.. I don’t seem to think I stated otherwise…was just agreeing with you and other posters

1) we all think we have win OM but surely the SP will move once the results are known
2) RKH gets taken out by Harbour but at a premium for today’s price
3) Global warming but “from posts on here” we still need oil etc. Hence price must move

I know that many LTinvestors need a decent rise ( as do I) but short to mid term this must have an upside

If Italy and or the committee making the final decisions are anything similar to what’s going on in the UK then the delay could well be they are working from home or have taken the kids away… they certainly won’t worry about missing a deadline by a month or two

The truth of the matter is that there are too many people on the planet, that each use resources on a growing scale
In 1850 there were around 1 billion people
We are now pushing 8 Billion with a peak of 10 b expected by 2050
Burning oil, cows farting, deforestation, plastic consumption wouldn’t be an issue if there weren’t so many people
The fact is there are and until that goes into reverse we are screwed..
We are greedy by nature and all want more hence why most invested here … to get more money more stuff bigger cars, newer TVs etc.
If only we could have a pandemic ?????

My take is that the decision has been made and they are deciding on award…
RKHs case has been marked as Pending on the arbitration site.. their definition of pending is “ The case remains pending, for instance, if a State is found to have breached one or more IIA obligations (liability) but no award on damages has been issued yet. ”

So case won what we get still remains the question as there is still an option of Case Won but no award given - think that’s unlikely though due to time implications.

I think it was more about the continual negative vibe that some posters give, surely if there is nothing positive to say and one has repeatedly mentioned all the negatives it is better to be quiet than continually repeating the same thing.. it can’t be good for their mental health

We have either all made our decisions and either ramping or de-ramping won’t change a thing.
