As I understand it there is no extra extra time…..
Under the ICSID Arbitration Rules, the Tribunal has 120 days after closing to issue its Award, extendable by 60 days (Rule 46). The Company will update the market in due course.

The case is closed no lawyers involved now!!!!
Has nothing to do with EU it’s down to the ICSID to come to a decision

Please excuse my comments before I make them but back in the olden days we all knew where we stood when you called yourself Garbled, and I think I speak for some on here that very occasionally you were entertaining with the one legged Pete type thing
Therefore why not change your name back to something very similar to Garbled so that we all know where we stand
