With regards to the OM result I don’t think the arbitration judges meet all that often and they really don’t care too much about that individual cases
These people I assume are at the top of their profession and meet every so often and take each case to the next stage … I.e.
Case open
Cases from each side submitted
Assess case
Challenge each other (if appropriate)
Decide verdict
Offer award
If they meet every 1-2 months plus covid then there is your time frame . Obviously there is much more to consider so the period of time gets lengthy
Sure it’s a positive result but doubt any leakage as they will meet up soon and deliver a verdict

Why is the bid higher than the share price ???

For all of his apparent faults Mr Sam appears to have a strong relationship with FIG, also owns all the intellectual rights to Sealion ( Just an assumption) therefore I see a take over to be unlikely or at least till there is some real upside for him to take. For those that think he is a pig feeding from a trough this must be a positive as he won’t want to get out until he has maximum reward and he believes it’s still there or he would have got out before now

I have enjoyed reading your insightful posts on here, but sadly on this occasion I have to disagree , people do need protecting from Mr Dealer Garbled or whatever his next alias will be… Bigred seems to rectify most of his comments very professionally without too much name calling and appears to do it to highlight the constant inaccuracies posted by Mr Dealer
Whilst most can just ignore or take what is said with a pinch of salt there may be new people or people open to suggestion that might believe some of the more elaborate posts and make a poor decision based on his ramblings. That is one person too many in my mind so therefore happy to let Bigred and others point out dangerous posts

Earlier this week I was diagnosed with Garbledism a very serious condition that means you can’t read posts without getting frustrated and you lose sight of reality
The only reason I am back posting after a short time travelling is that I can see the early signs of the disease emanating from your posts
Please be careful you don’t know how it could / will effect you and your loved ones
