Sale of the award

I see no reason to sell the award as the owner of a small SME I have only had to sue people on 2 or 3 occasions (won them all) but at that point I want my money in full…. Happy to wait or seize items worth a lot more to get my money but these are people that have reigned on a deal and deserve to pay
Hopefully Sam / RKH have the same attitude

I can’t see that 40 posts in a week makes this an active board also if you have sold up why are you here. Buying at £3.40 and selling at £0.12 isn’t nice but I would leave recommending other shares to someone else with that record.
I think we all want a nice green planet for us and our children and our children’s children but realise that we will need oil gas for a few years yet
Most here have averaged down so don’t need a massive increase to see the upside of RKH

Re the additional monies to nudge it over the line comment I was referring to the non binding agreement , surely with such a large award that will be signed off. I could see if it was much smaller award the funders might have thought its not worth it but with additional cash almost guaranteed then I am sure they will sign it off

Remember they did win the case for RKH and they might not get a penny
I don’t think that they would guarantee £3m to fight the annulment before they knew the original outcome, that’s why it’s there as a non binding agreement. Now they know the outcome they will surely agree the additional monies to nudge it over the line and get paid what they deserve for doing a good job

In essence not a lot has changed
At the beginning of the year if we could have said..

Good riddance to Harbour and Premier!!
New Partner onboard that gets things done!!
A fairly decent deal done with them ( by our standards)
Monies raised in a small dilution to secure the future !
Win v the Italians ( obviously they will object !)
Back to court to tie it all up, might take time but we won 3-0 in the first round and now they have very limited excuses to go for !
Interest will rack up the longer it takes !!
Next year FID with a bit of luck !

All in all quite positive and things that are out of our control can’t be helped
Would love it to be a £1 a share but it’s not, well not YET

Indeed we are at a near low point for CO2
Although it has been steadily rising for 10million years
At the time of the Dinosaurs it was 10 x higher
Guessing they used leaded fuel and their cars where much bigger

I think you are fighting a losing battle for 2 reasons
A lot of investors here have had money in RKH for many years and are sitting on paper losses, hopefully they have all averaged down and for the first time in ages can see a light at the end of the tunnel. Taking money out now would scare the hell out of me in case I missed the day that FID FDP was announced.
If you are not invested then yes there could be better places to bung your spare cash but those that are in will likely average down a bit more here bringing the end of the tunnel a little closer.
Secondly whilst you are not ramping or deramping in my eyes you are putting this in the mid to long term investment bracket and again my mindset and I am sure others on here is we are nearly there now.. It all depends on your stance and perspective, I’ve been in for 12 years so another year seems close, get in today and a year seems a long way off.
However as you say RKH is in a good place and long may it continue in the upwards direction for all concerned .

I don’t see that Italy will default or delay payment whilst £300 m is a lot of money to a Government surely it is peanuts
Our government has supposedly raised £100billion to help with the energy crisis so can’t see that it would worry them too much
