i think the company has done a fantastic job while working through a pandemic and played a blinder to get munni munni and the sellers taking shares as payment tells us quite alot,

the setting up of the iron ore comany is telling and gets it sorted for a jv or sale in the future, weve also been told discussions are taking place on that front,

looks like a good plan to get EH mining soon if all goes well and that will provide an income to cover the teams and expences to develope the rest, its all going to take time but i think this ground floor being built looks very good,

I dont get alot of the negativity on here, patience is key, this is not bitcoin

the communication is excellent as is the promotion of the company with constant updates on various outlets which i appriciate,

so (promptly) hint hint, make sure your broker has your up to date address and bank account details

yes Monkey70 i remember that RNS i just wonder if the BOD thought the sp would be a bit higher by now and they would have banked that extra 35m and was that part of the being fully funded comment, i hope im wrong and they dont need it but the sp games made me wonder about it as its cear they are up to something with the sp and looks like they are trying hard to keep it under the placing prices,

hopefully the nkt jorc on the extra open pit work will sort this out or some other jorc news, im sure that would raise the sp above the placing price and if the BOD did need the extra 35m then that i imagine it would be forthcoming at that point, it could also explain the delay, if that is the case so then as usual the key is patience and hold untill it all plays out,

Who knows for sure what the plan is but it would seem a good plan to me if they sell WK, MT AND FLANKS, it is possible they want the sp up a bit more, so the options are used at 26p and 26.5p to be able to use that money incoming together with the funds the have already to fund the start of EUA V 2.0 JVs, offtakes etc, then listing on moex soon after sale of those assets,
this would allow most of the sale of assets to be paid out in the special dividend which would benefit all current shareholders to the maximum possible

if you bought a chunk of 2m shares at a time, which would be a struggle, but say you could then that purchase at 20p would jump the price up so where do you think it would end up if you bought 20 chunks of 2m
it would take weeks to buy that many

i repeat get a grip of yourself for goodness sake, give up investing if you dont know the basics
