I saw that Ian sept 4th 2070
they have that much stuff to get out the ground they have extended the time to 2070 :-)
perhaps they got wind that a few funds might reshuffle over to EUA tomorrow, funds moving around starts tomorrow
oops forgot this one, interesting stuff all round

i tried the link you posted mac, but i couldnt get to this page, hopefully this link works.
Lots of investment in region,

https://tourism.arctic-russia.ru/en/routes/murmansk-russia-s-gate-to-the-arctic/
can you see the big plan taking shape,
when you analyse the whole area and what is going on it is clear the Top brass in the Russian Gov want this all up and running, they are also helping with investment and tax insentives
even NN have got there ESG hat on and are redeeming themselves to be heavily involved and with Rosgeo (GOV owned) as is there subsidiaries doing all the leg work on recources and the former top dude now working at EUA ,
we now know about the new logistics centre set up coming at Monchegorsk (thanks mac) which also includes a new 110 people admin building, there is also the new smelter being built, massive investment all round,
then there is the 15 New trains and 10 new railway lines and station,
free housing for workers accross the region etc,
also dont forget the upgrading of Northern ports and new icebreaker ships on the way, they aint cheap nor are the trains,
The entire region is being prepared and invested in to move this stuff globally, creating wealth, jobs and opportunity, it is so massive and takes time but they will get there,
it appears they are all working together to achieve all this as fast as possible but with care and attention to detail,
who buys the big parts of EUA assets are a very large part of the whole set up, it is quite the feat and complex and no wonder it takes a while, i am happy to be patient,
i can wait to see this play out as long as they need to get this done, its exciting stuff watching it all develope,

Nice spot mac, that was a great read,
whatever way this all pans out its happening eventually,
im not so sure on that one, if we dont defend against the wazzocks they will gain in numbers and strength especially at this stage in the game,

Fact
Morning Comrades,
lets hope the Russians are working on the licence transfers now they are back to work, we need these sorted out to get this deal done,
GLA
My first guess ever Ian,
Wednesday 10th after 4.30pm
miss,
thats how they do this, but you probably know that,
a large holder sell a decent amount that shake a few loose and buy a few more back netting extra shares theres more actions that can be added to this method that you can study rather than try panic people, as a starter you can go look at all the RNS during the FSP it is quite the reveal of what im reffering, at that time they had to declare each move they made but now they dont, i suggest everyone that doesnt know what im on about do the same as it is an education on how things get played.

give it a rest lucky,
have you not seen the discussions on here and the trades posted after hours etc, its been going on for weeks,
are you concerned for the shorters mmm ? wonder why ?
Mr lucky,
shockaroonie, a rediculous statement from you, were have you been the last few weeks, Mars ?
Despite the shenanigans and keeping the price down as low as they can they are still playing with fire and they do not allways get that much notice before us, sometimes just a few minutes and if that happens they will lose plenty on the bounce thats coming shortly
Good stuff mac,
you keep it up, the wazzocks dont like it when you remind us of the good position EUA are in,
Shorts have been closing for the past couple of weeks but plenty more to go and they want them closed as cheap as possible with the help of there friends of course
Shorters,
its only going to hurt more from here so just come join the party, flip to longs, you know it makes sense,
dont be such a buzzkill.

This was published last week but its behind the paywall, i am posting the parts that i found interesting and relevant,
"How Russia Is Cashing In on Climate Change"
Global warming may pose grave dangers around the world, but as one tiny Russian town on the Arctic Ocean shows, it can also be a ticket to prosperity.
PEVEK, Russia — A refurbished port. A spanking new plant to generate electricity. Repaved roads. And money left over to repair the library and put in a new esplanade along the shore of the Arctic Ocean.
Globally, the warming climate is a creeping disaster, threatening lives and livelihoods with floods, fires and droughts, and requiring tremendous effort and expenditure to combat.
But in Pevek, a small port town on the Arctic Ocean in Russia’s Far North capitalizing on a boom in Arctic shipping, the warming climate is seen as a barely mitigated bonanza.
“I would call it a rebirth,” said Valentina Khristoforova, a curator at a local history museum. “We are in a new era.”
While governments across the globe may be racing to head off the potentially catastrophic effects of climate change, the economics of global warming are playing out differently in Russia.
Before rising temperatures brought new economic horizons, Pevek was an icy backwater, one of many dying outposts of the Soviet empire. Credit...Emile Ducke for The New York Times
Nowhere do the prospects seem brighter than in Russia’s Far North, where rapidly rising temperatures have opened up a panoply of new possibilities, like mining and energy projects. Perhaps the most profound of these is the prospect, as early as next year, of year-round Arctic shipping with specially designed “ice class” container vessels, offering an alternative to the Suez Canal.
The Kremlin’s policy toward climate change is contradictory. It is not a significant issue in domestic politics. But ever mindful of Russia’s global image, President Vladimir V. Putin recently vowed for the first time that Russia, the world’s fourth-largest emitter of greenhouse gases and a prodigious producer of fossil fuels, would become carbon neutral by 2060.
climate change may be an enormous threat for the future, why not take advantage of the commercial opportunities it offers in the present
Overall, analysts say, at least half a dozen large Russian companies in energy, shipping and mining will benefit from global warming.

Several transactions -
Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman of Eurasia commented: "The Directors are delighted that we are advancing several transactions concurrently. We see competition for Nickel-Copper-PGM assets (with a similar basket of metals like ours and the assets included in our agreement with Rosgeo) increasing on a global scale".
My reading of this big hint is we are also selling most or all of the JV, for which the license transfers would be required which will be with us soon, so substantially all of our assets may have grown by a huge amount
the previous twitter link today reference to a possible Rosgeo license transfer dated today shows a figure of 137 documents, this could be what we have been waiting for, this could be all of the licenses to go to Rosgeo and then to the subsidiaries of EUA, then the sale or sales start happening,
the strategic options could be one big whopper for all this from the credible party or if the offer isnt high enough then several tranactions or possibly a mix of both. either way its looking good.
If that link is for our licenses there will be a further transfer of them to EUA from Rosgeo when the payments are made to Rosgeo and all the paperwork is done to finalise the transfers to EUA, this hopefully shouldnt take that long as im sure the paper work will be mostly prepared for this,

It is not sitting at 50p until something concrete, like JORC and licences, those could take us to 50p,
these will be with us shortly, :-)
then a couple of weeks later for the shareholder circular with offer and dividend details.
