WOW its got to be a good sign that the tag team of doom mongers arrived on mass as soon as the RNS came out.

The finacial titans may have deduced from DS tweeting non stop that he is trying to keep spirits up as he knows its going to be a while longer to get all the ducks lined up. I think he should just stop tweeting as he is just tipping them off that there is more time for the big boys to perform there tricks. Unless of course its a double bluff as DS is one smart cookie and it is he that is leading the big boy shoters up the garden path to get there fingers burned. wonder if the big boys have considered that one eh. :-)

I wouldnt be that disapointed if the BOD maximise value with a decent divi now then later we could be looking at a many multi bagger not that far away including more larger dividents as they sell other parts as we progress everything from here, that would also be maximising shareholder value, as TW would say just my musings.

I agree with your musings TW, its that short part that bugs me unless they are shown the door in time, worth keeing a eye on that.

I cant get my head around the fact they must have orders to fill sub 21p or even sub 20p going by the last few weeks and its clear the orders are struggling to be filled as not many are selling down here, so what is up with that when they could probably fill said orders for a few pence more and said buyers would get there skin in the game, i find that unbelievable unless they know they have planty of time or are they just gambling that they have more time ? Also although some shorts closed there are still some open and although hedging would be a normal thing to do but no its not normal at all when if a sale RNS comes out it can leave you on the block for the dividend which could end up costing huge sums of money ? why on earth would anyone in there right mind risk even 1 share short in that scenario, thoughts anyone ?

The fact they are concentrating on only one proposal affter fsp means it must be a very decent proposal of high value, i am thinking the proposal to get the big bucks is bound to say if you prove up this and that we will pay X hence my wondering might this take a bit longer, which is fine by me if the sale price is mega

Can i ask some of you who know more than i that if the BOD want to get the best deal for themselves would it not be the case that more of the assets would need to be proved up to get best value and that might take some time yet hence the interim position being filled, i dont mind if that is the case but anyone have any thoughts on this?

If you can look past the problems with accustem demerger and all the delays and take it all as golden opportunity to buy low and see the potential of both accustem and tils then this is still an excellent long term investment, provided you have the time and patience

I dont know about most of you guys (true investors) but i couldnt give a rats arse if this takes a few months longer as since the 12th May RNS and the price drop i have accumulated as much as i can all the way down to here. (follow the money).
The companys that have been blown out at the end of the FSP had obviously tried to get in early and low ball EUA which was never going to work but they tried, the BOD is prepared to play the long game every time to get the best and fairest value for themselves, so now we have one credible offer that will indeed have conditions but even if this company tries anything stupid they will also be told where to go and even if that happens i will continue to build as many shares as i can as at the end of the day EUA hold all the cards. the stuff in the ground aint going anywhere, other companys will show up at the table as we progress on all fronts and the value will just keep increasing, play the long game if required and it will reward you in the end,

Roger you and the people who recommend your post are all impatient, you should all take a step back and look at the big picture otherwise you are simply playing straight into the big boys hands, you are thinking of doing exactly what the big boys want so they can accumulate. simply hold and wait no matter how long it takes for the BOD to there job and you will be well rewarded in the end

Agree its wise to ignore but its also wise to call out blatant BS to let any inexperienced investors and the many hundreds of people who read all this BB but never post that his posts are just made to spread doubt

Due to this shorting rule it would be a massive gamble to short this stock at all from now on

the shorts would burn like they have never burned before if they released the divi RNS on friday at 6pm making Friday the last qualifying day and Mon the ex dividend date, that would be a shame for BR and the rest eh,
