the BOD and other parties involved may need the JV licence transfers sorted out before they can RNS the JORC,
the JORC will be pertinant to the whole scenario of any or all of these deals being negotiated, it would then be permissible to hold that information until all other matters also pertinant to the deals are complete before announcements are made,
all within the regulations for good reason,
