yes DRB83, the 30% Platina and 70% Artemis should complete with regulatory approval on Feb 11th,

this will be paid for in shares , i calculated this will cost UFO around 475M shares in total that will still have to be admitted to shares in issue, the exact number will be within the incoming RNS if the deal completes on Feb 11th, however this is to pay for valuable assets which will hopefuly boost our sp once we are over the dilution humps and bumps , there is also a bunch of warrants which expire in march which i assume will be exersized, it all looks good for the long term here,

a part of the perceived delay will be down to the extra work being done on the JORC by sgs and asi and also looks like extra licences are incoming, there are clearly many options available to the bod on all this and with the recent addition of a possible nkt extension licence application it looks like the bod must have liked what they have seen in the multiple jorc to be announced, its a smart move to grab any extra licence areas where more of the most valuable assets are, this is a good thing, patience is required,

when its all put together im feeling confident good deals will be done,

you could equally put a huge positive slant on the time this is taking, seeing as its growing and growing, getting larger and larger as we go, thus increasing shareholder value.

we will also have the payment in shares for munni munni if that deal completes on feb 11th, thats £2.5m worth of shares, i calculate approx 350m shares for that, although this is dilution it is part priced in hence the drop to .57, also it is to pay for and complete a deal that will give UFO a very valuable asset, i think this deal is huge for UFO and i will be very pleased if this gets over the line,

With mutual consent from both parties, an extension to the settlement date to complete the satisfaction (or waiver) of the conditions precedent to the Agreement has been made. Specifically obtaining necessary regulatory approvals and obtaining all necessary third-party consents and approvals to give effect to the proposed acquisition. This extension will take the final completion date to 11 February 2022.

The Company notes that all internal Due Diligence has been completed to the satisfaction of the Company and hence the regulatory approvals are the outstanding consents to be in a position to complete the Agreement.

it looks like it will get over the line but we are still waiting on the deal regulatory approval, hopefully that gets sorted on feb 11th as per rns 21st Jan,

if its ore or EH news we would get an rns before any presentations as they cant discuss anything material that isnt already in the public domain,

Austraiia today had there highest ever deaths since the start of the pandemic, the wave is gathering pace and will continue until the peak and then drop off, now anyone with a brain can see why this would be causing delays at labs, and also staffing problems and working with restrictions, patience is required here

the good news is that the wave of omicron is going to be over much more quickly than delta and with all the restrictions in the uk already being lifted we can assume the situation will improve very soon down there, this should coincide with the end of the rainy season and we will be able to get the show on the road on all fronts, hopefully with no restrictions by then and the labs will get back to operating fully and clear the backlog,

im optimistic our investment here will improve significantly once we can get going restriction free down there

They are working hard to hold it while the shorts are open as hedge and they dont want it going up to much until they find out whats happening with the deal, then it doesnt cost them to much to close when info is revealed, if it goes the other way they want those shorts in place as long as possible,

its geting much more difficult for them now tho and i think if more licences are confirmed and a jorc with significant assets is released they will have to close then as the price will head into the 30, 40,s as that would derisk this by alot more than where we are now, its at that time they will let it go i think
