Whatever figures are used for the sale the assets they will be sold at far greater than 50% discount of valuation of those assets,

ikn is correct to say at whatever price the assets are sold the haircut will have already been applied,

that will leave the 10% of the sale price applicable which can be built into the sale price during negotiations,

talking about company funds i think EUA allocated quite a large sum of money in the accounts for the tax that would have been due before winning the tax case and also for fines which which would have been payable should they have lost the tax case, that money will also be available to the company now that the tax case has been sorted
