i assumed they must be referring to NYUD in that comment as they have the choice to go forward with that but do not own it yet and in one RNS they said they were selling the rights to NYUD so that would make sense of that question
Another EUA mention here, article dated yesterday
https://menafn.com/1106885239/Platinum-Market-Growing-Use-Of-Platinum-In-Automotive-Sector-To-Drive-2030-X-Herald
The platinum market is witnessing capacity expansions and strategic collaborations. For instance, in February 2022, a joint venture between BASF SE and Heraeus Holdings was established to recover rare precious metals, including platinum, from automotive catalysts in China. Impala Platinum Holdings Limited also announced plans to acquire a 100% stake in Royal Bafokeng Platinum, strengthening its position in the global platinum market.
Key players in the global platinum market include Norilsk Nickel, Impala Platinum Holdings Limited, Northam Platinum Limited, Anglo American Platinum Limited, Sibanye-Stillwater, Vale SA, Eastern Platinum, Asahi Holdings Inc., and Eurasia Mining Plc.

Headancer you are indeed missing plenty,
1) Russia remains open for business
2) They want the area developed for jobs and prosperity
3) EUA own all the Data that has been worked on now for years, if EUA get stung then all that data goes away, it would set them back years and years
4) if Russia blew a deal that involves BRICS nations they would all run a mile from various projects thus endagering the whole Russian economy
5) Putin will spin it in his favor anyway by saying look here a British company just had fantastic business success in Russia, come and invest again when your government gets its marbles back
6) Get a life instead of coming on here attempting scaremongering, pathetic
5) Get a life instead of coming on here attempting to scaremoger, pathetic
Fr,
yes on the reading of the Audit sanction EUA are fine however i would agree with what you have stated could be an issue, i suppose we will find out soon what is happening with it
Fr.Jack.Hacket,
i had a read of that link you posted,
what do you make of this part of it ? seems from this EUA could be ok
From the sanctions link:
"we would offer the following points on some common scenarios"
1) Where a UK auditor is providing standardised material to members of a group, or their auditors, for the purpose of the audit of the UK group accounts, and the group includes a Russian subsidiary, then the service of providing this material would generally not be considered within scope of the ban.
2) Where a UK company that is consolidating group accounts receives an audit report for a Russian subsidiary from a local Russian auditor, then this is generally considered the receipt and not the delivery of a service. This generally would not be considered within scope of these export bans.
You calling my character into question is false and misleading CTC, of course i would report that, you are making stuff up as is Toffers,
i wont filter you Toffers as i want to be able to see what other nonsense you post and call it out
you sorts should be ashamed of yourselves, what a way to conduct yourselves, no wonder you were previously banned CTC
CTC backing up Toffers also just making stuff up, there is nothing in my history that merits these comments, of course i would report you both just making stuff up in an effort to discredit anyone who call them out , any reading of my history will show i can be trusted and it is you Toffers and CTC that are the untrustwothy sort on here and thankfully most on here are aware of that.
Reprted you for that comment ,
everone please check my hitory, this clown is just saying anything now to try discredit anyne who challenges the garbage posted
you have still got it all wrong Toffers , i repeat you are misunderstanding the sanction, keep reading it and re read it a few more times and perhaps it will sink in, although i have my doubts
Toffers you have completley misunderstood the santions, none of that auditing sanction apply to EUA in any way whatsoever no matter how hard you try to make it seem so,
that sanction is for uk audit companys who cant now do the auditing for russian companies or Russian individuals,
EUA is a UK company so EUA auditing is completly fine and zero part of that sanction,
stop talking garbage you are just making a fool of yourself ,
i suggest you read the link you posted again and try understand it better or just let us know When the FRC let you know that you have got it all wrong.
Scuba trying hard not to sound like CTC but failing miserably, to funny. you just cant help yourself or hide that arrogant, twisted, smug, antagonistic personality
TD2,
a TEO is a feasibilty study equivelant and it was submitted in DEC 2016 for MT as per this RNS ,
http://otp.investis.com/clients/uk/eurasia-mining/rns/regulatory-story.aspx?cid=403&newsid=831270
Eurasia Mining plc (AIM: EUA)
Projects Update and Semenovsky Metallurgical Study Results.
Update on West Kytlim and Monchetundra Projects
Monchetundra
A Feasibility Study "TEO" (Technico Economicheskiye Obosnovaniye or Technical and Economic Feasibility) was officially submitted today (22 December 2016) for approvals at the State Commission on Mineral Reserves ("GKZ"). This document, considered equivalent to a 'Western' feasibility study, documents the economic extraction of the reserves already identified at two open pit targets on Eurasia's 80% owned Monchetundra License. The reserves, when approved, will represent the maiden reserves defined for the license. In addition, an Engineering Procurement and Construction (See RNS dated 10 October 2016) contract ("EPC Contract") is already in place with Sinosteel, a Chinese state owned group operating primarily in mining, trading, equipment manufacturing and engineering. The signed EPC Contract has an obligation for Sinosteel to provide $150m financing, subject to certain conditions, with production to commence on a turn-key basis by Sinosteel.
toffers you post truths lol, my **** !!
you constantly make libellous comments on here with your mad as a box of frogs assertions to try discredit the company, i can confirm to you that a few shareholders have sent your comments on here to the company and i for one hope they take matters further against you legally, it is you who are trying to control the board with your constant delusions and utter tripe, you are nothing but a sad bitter twisted ex shareholder that lost money here because you decided to sell, get a life ffs, wasting hours and hours of your time ****ging off the company you lost money on, you are making a complete fool of yourself
delusions all round !!
Seems like a shorting attack on several fronts but is that the case here as where can they even open a short ? if there are possible places to short then fine but it seems possible this is personal and just a bitter twisted attack on the company by TW and his ilk, its all very unhinged
Les i dont think many wiould agree with that assessment, have a read of this, also hydrogen cars wont kill the need for EVs the world needs both
https://www.businesslive.co.za/bd/opinion/2022-11-16-nqobile-xaba-strategic-role-of-pgms-in-creation-of-hydrogen-economy/
i think they have all agreed to wait a reasonable length of time to see if the Ukraine situation is resolved and with the potential buyers being BRICS they may not want to commit just yet incase Russia end up at war with Nato, if you think about most of the other companies that have sold they have mostly gone to Russian buyers to save jobs but buying something as important as strategic battery metals a brics buyer may want to wait this out a bit longer, it seems to me Rosgeo are getting hold of the licences for now and we wait a while on the DFS approval, hopefully during this time the Ukraine situation is resolved via a negotiated peace agreement and everything will come together then
Thats how they would have to do it CTC, over time so as to lose less as they sold up, i thought you would know this, its basic stuff really
whats your game CTC ?
you know full well that the funds and iis have chosen to sell up anything Russia related as with all the other Russia related stocks, some chose to do that and many were heavily pressured to do so by Mr Sunak,
if you were not aware of this you need to wake up,
also you recently were bragging about your successfull trade where you just bought 1m more shares to lower your average when you knew that all the funds and iis sold up, this all seems a bit Walter Mitty BS to me
