If they are US citizens they will have to pay US tax, regardless where the income is earned.

If they manage to get residency in the Cayman Islands then they can apply for foreign earned income exclusion, but that only covers the first 100k usd of income and you would need to be resident.

If they want to not be chased by the IRS for taxes, they would have to give up their US passport which I’m sure they wouldn’t want to do - but who knows.

I’m not an accountant but that is my understanding, I’m sure there will be someone here who understands this more than me. Trump has obviously changed the tax system quite a lot since he came in.

Tax isn’t going to make up for the lack of ownership, in my opinion.

I’m sure the guys doing all the work and who know about the prospects, decided to invest less than the price of a holiday to ensure other shareholders didn’t miss out. :)

No offence, however, that’s grasping at straws I think.

If Gobind etc have had successful finance careers previously, they would have savings and I don’t understand why they don’t own a decent share in the business - it doesn’t quite make sense - there one shot at making life changing amounts of money and they don’t seem to take it.

What am I missing? Is there some stock scheme that I’m not aware of which only comes into action when the sp hits a certain level? I’m thinking something like Musk has.

They seem to have other holdings via a Dublin based company but even then it’s not massive.

It’s odd that the alleged **** head has more shares than the chairman, could understand that in a large cap but not a nano cap.

Not trying to take the jam from anyone’s donut but just trying to understand more - I know some of you guys have been following this stock for a long time and have more insight than me, I’m just trying to sort the prayers and hope from the facts.

Everyone needs to remember that the only information that can be relied upon is official company updates, not conjecture from LSE - in some cases it’s informed guess work, in other cases it’s just made up bs.

Everyday I try and take a none emotional view of this stock, it’s hard as it has great potential but their are lots of risks associated with it.

Come on... it’s a fair question.

It’s good to have some balance, dangerous if we only allow those that are cheerleading constantly.

I’m planning to take mine up and possibly ask for more - have asked already but time to scale that back..

I’m sure we will be.

However, you can’t disagree that the accumulative losses are negative and the share price erosion over the years is negative.

Those are both simple facts, unless you believe that it’s good for companies to lose money and destroy shareholder value.

I’m probably one of the larger holders of this company, invested because I think it has great potential. However, to say that it’s hard to see negatives is a bit of a stretch.

Just providing some balance, looking forward to results and any announcements over the next week or so.

I would probably say that losing money every year with accumulated losses over the last 5 years totalling well over £10m would be a negative. The fact that the share price has almost halved over that period would also be a negative.

Great potential but to say there are no negatives is a bit of a stretch.

Surely if The mysterious, possibly drunk, Mark Ward had inside information he wouldn’t be able to trade?

Do we really think it’s a good idea for one of the larger shareholders to intimate that one of the largest shareholders is doing inside trading? That doesn’t sound right to me.

I think there is more chance that he went on a bender with a few good friends and ended up buying in... equally implausible granted.

I’m building a stake in the company just now as see the potential, good that you post on here and agree the focus should be on the ability to product-ionise the offering and build the revenues in a safe manner. These boards tend to attract people wanting the share price to move everyday to benefit their trading position.

Hope you and the team are doing well, I’m sure you are each under a huge amount of stress - it’ll be worth it in the long term!

My predictions (guesses) are..

Zero RNS’s.
Share price will go up, then down, then up, etc etc. Will end the week broadly where it began.

This board will be full of people saying the price is going to hit 5p imminently before going onto 50p.

Couple of people will pop up to say that GS has emailed them back and confirmed that Musk/Buffett/Google is going to buy them for billions...
Someone will make a vague but unsubstantiated claim, then go quiet..

Of course, I’m hoping I’m wrong about the RNS and I’m hoping the statements about the shareprice moving rapidly up are correct - just think it’s more likely going to be a month at least (and probably many more) before anything massively positive happens.

If you reread the posts you’ll see I was asking about the abhorrent things that Raaydaar had heard, not anything about any reply from GS.

What abhorrent things have you heard?

I’m not entirely sure there is a rule that says insider trading is ok as long as you don’t profit too much - it’s pretty absolute. You either have gamed the system or you haven’t, the punishment may differ based upon how badly you have impacted others.

It doesn’t make sense - they are on very low salaries, have very small shareholding’s and haven’t chosen to appreciable increase these.. maybe they have some rsu’s which they receive once they hit certain performance levels - although I think this is unlikely.

The buy in raises more questions than it answers for me. Could be worse though - they could have sold!

Sounds about as reliable as having Prince Andrew as a babysitter...

I’d be more interested in what the sources are... if it’s Twitter then I’m oot! :)
