Don’t think so. In this instance the normal Gov procurement process wouldn’t have slowed things down.

I’m sure he has a plan and it will all work out for us in the end.

GB was offered an intro on here, he said no thanks on here. End of story. Look through the posting history and you’ll see - probably about 2 or so months ago.

It wasn’t the government asking them to get involved - it was an offer to introduce them into the person running the programme.

The offer has timed out but I’m sure they will be successful with other countries, from a PR perspective it would have been good - although obviously DV’s PR approach is a disaster. Hopefully they can be successful despite this.

They need to engage a professional PR organisation, not mad Mo and her cats...

Half considering taking my investment out and sticking it into hospitality.. not sure which is more of a gamble just bow

I sold out and then regretted it a few weeks ago, in hindsight it looks like the right move - plenty other shares running higher just now.

Strong company but have made good gains recently

I agree with Giles from a caution perspective.

It would be crazy to take one months AUM increase and expect that to happen month on month, there will be good months and bad months - the important thing is that the trend points upwards and AUM is accumulated.

The talk of someone buying ALGW at this point is crazy in my humble opinion, it's a nano company where the value lies in a small handful of people.

It would be too risky to buy them at this stage, once AUM reaches a point where significant ebit is being achieved then an acquisition will be much more likely.

As we've seen in the past on this board, people saying that 'they've heard things', or spoken to GS and he's mentioned something but it can't be discussed.. nudge nudge, wink wink.. always turn out to be nonsense.

I believe ALGW have a very bright future, they are promoting themselves much better than they have historically done and are starting to gain some traction - they are at the beginning of a long journey.

We regulate any buying of this commodity

I think lockdown being eased through December and then probably a circuit break in January based on the tier levels.. January will be low revenue for the sector anyway as everyone dries out after the new year. We are then into the vaccination timetable through to spring and summer.
