The board will be compensated on the share price, I think they’d rather commit future profits than suffer dilution - at least the SP will recover relatively quicker that way.

When's the next scheduled update on trading? Any one know?

I know I wrote this over a year ago so please accept my apologies...

The biggest issue that Alpha has is the ramping of its shares and the resultant volatility, this puts off serious investors and smaller funds.

It doesn’t help when people come on and post “I’ve heard...” crap. It generates some short term increases and then a crash.

There is one source of news - that is Alpha Growth and its management team. The rest is mostly just internet weirdos talking rubbish.

We’re better than this.. let’s not contribute to the volatility, by playing these games we’re destroying the chance of this becoming a good investment mix to long term investment.

Advertising pump and dump schemes discussed elsewhere is also not a good idea.

You want the SP high and then the dilution is less - we also can't assume existing shareholders will be able to take part in any placing.

SP seems to have found a new channel, hopefully it doesnt stay in this one long.

If you hate Alpha Growth so much, why do you continue holding it?

Obviously it’s impacting on your mood and mh as you constantly moan, would you not feel better if you sold out and put your money into something else?

It’s like complaining that McDonalds is a crap restaurant but going back everyday... and then telling everyone every few hours that it’s crap.

Why? It doesn’t make any sense to me.

They will have 4 concepts - Revolution; Revolucion de Cuba; Founders & co; plus another one which I can’t remember the name of.

Allows them to have different concepts to either suit the local environment, or to allow them to have multiple bars in close proximity. Good idea and great to see them plan something like this whilst battling the impact of covid - shows real confidence.

We’re all in the bars drinking ****tails! It’s busy in there - should have decent results coming :)
