Having said that, I'm not sure how popular your incoherent rantings are going to be going forward with the otherwise innocent community of posters and readers here who are interested in commentary on Invinity, and not your mindless vendettas. Of course, giving a damn about anything or anybody other than your own feral needs to continue to try and settle imaginary scores with manufactured enemies is not your long suit, is it? I wrote you long posts on multiple occasions which focused on defamation, harassment and libel, the differences between them and how what you were engaged in was not the usual nonsense social media message board trolling between punters. Your bottomless pit of despair and hatred had long since pushed your posts into a much darker and ultimately, actionable place and, it would appear, you have paid a price for that as I had long warned you might happen. I admit there were times where you got to me, most prominently when you mocked my daughter, and I skewed my comments more toward the personal than the financial, but there are a couple of blunderbusses on this board with whom I clash periodically as well. Its pretty nasty sometimes but so far, it has all been insults between anonymous posters and that is, as they say, what it is. They are unremittingly negative about absolutely everything - just like you - they don't understand the first thing about how financial markets work - just like you - and they are completely committed to spinning all good news in the most ham-fisted way imaginable into something negative - JUST. LIKE. YOU. However, thus far, they haven't crossed the line into something more serious while, it would appear that the appropriate authorities decided that you did. Moreover, you are continuing to try and prosecute your case against me on an entirely different message board for an entirely different company, which further calls into question your very ability to grasp reality, calling into question your basic cognitive health. As Will Graham says to Hannibal Lecter in the first movie in the series, when the latter asks how Graham managed to catch him. 'Simple', Graham explains, 'because you're insane'.

I've now had a bit more time to review your 'posts' from yesterday and today, asbestos. Everything from the ridiculous nickname to the near-arbitrary content to the schoolyard nastiness to the uniquely mangled syntax, comprises pretty powerful circumstantial evidence. Almost like dusting for fingerprints. I am now pretty confident of your true identity and I suggest, in the strongest possible terms, that you resist the temptation to have a useless go at me (its like an ageing garden snake gumming at my ankle) and instead focus on getting your head and your life right. I rarely repost someone else's thoughts, but 'Spark's' comments on the other board regarding last night's webinmirror my own thoughts after the VSA podcast:

Thanks for the setup, Alaric, let me have a stab at it (spoiler alert: bs does not come off well). That was so classically bs, I am almost speechless. Almost. You present a thesis and then provide absolutely nothing even approaching an answer. First off, you 'wonder' how oisin was able to acquire his stake and then you cut out a section of alllenby's note that ostensibly to 'explain' it and it does NOTHING of the sort. All it does is give the history of how Toscafund got to its 72.4% holding before it sold a third of it to oisin. Truly, wtf??? The man bought the shares from a fund with his own capital. period. Allenby doesn't deal with 'how' he bought the stake in the slightest! Are you trying to suggest that the final sentence where it says '.....Toscafund was instrumental in financing SanLeon’s acquisition of the 10.58% initial interest in OML 18....' that that suggests that tosca financed oisin's purchase?!?!?! If so, what a total pile of twaddle, firstly bc that section says absolutely nothing of the sort and secondly bc it's just totally insane as at the very least, it would have had to be disclosed in any number of places. If that's not what you're suggesting, then suffice to say that the section you reprinted provides nothing in the way to 'explain' what you were 'wondering' about.

That brings us, sadly, to your final paragraph which is just plain odious. First off, going from 72% to just above 50%, loses Toscafund absolutely nothing in the way of 'control', but that's just standard nonsense. It pales into insignificance compared to the balance of the message, which can only be described as blackswan classic: the quotation marks around 'direct' in reference to tosca's sale to oisin in a sentence that ends with the incandescently blackswanny 'was this legal?'. Well let's see.....how about, OF COURSE IT WAS DIRECT - THESE TYPES OF TRANSACTIONS HAPPEN ALL THE TIME IN MARKETS AND OF F-ING COURSE IT WAS LEGAL, YOU TRUMPIAN NIGHTMARE! Not only is your entire post a hot mess, but your presentation style -- ie, trying to present yourself as some kind of clever researcher - gives it a layer of obnoxiousness that elevates this pile of garbage into the blackswan hall of fame. Don't make me come back here again....I explained a few weeks ago that with the distribution deals signed in the US and Europe, funding growth becomes an entirely different proposition for zoetic: one based primarily on borrowing against letters of credit (LCs) and NOT on share sales. That isn't to say ZOE will never do an equity raise again, just that any such capital raise will be small and focused and will be done very quickly and at or near the prevailing share price. The days of large, dilutive, deeply-discounted rights issues for this company are well and truly over and clearly, some legacy shareholders need to understand that better.

this notion that buying O&G assets through loan-to-own deals is somehow a negative when considering San Leon's prospects as an investment, is at best, profoundly old-fashioned thinking and at worst, dangerously blinkered. The situation on the ground is well described by Maclean: sle is structuring deals that provide shareholders with substantial capital protection while still providing all the privileges of 'ownership' of the relevant assets. This is a company leaning forward in an industry which is declining and, as the market will increasingly discover, giving investors a chance to extract the maximum amount value during that long decline while preserving capital. Not only is this a supremely logical approach, but is likely to become a kind of industry standard. Look no further than one of the very few takeouts in the UK sector in past few years, RockRose. Sure the company had some production, but the takeout near all-time highs was more because of the 'finance' model that the company had pioneered. In the end of course, who the f cares what you call the company; pure O&G, or a finance company with some production attached, or something in-between. The only thing that matters is the return profile in dividends and capital appreciation going forward.

Add in a bit of extra time due largely to a worldwide pandemic I stupidly failed to anticipate, and Zulch backed up EVERYTHING i have said, so much so that I almost completely anticipated the very cusp we find ourselves on. I arrived on this board with the shares in the 30/40s and I preached buying on the back of the phenomenal risk reward based largely on the ridiculous valuation of IES relative to its equally-pre revenue competitors. Now I'm back screaming over the din of ignorance for people to really read the interim report and listen to Zulch's interviews today and over the next couple of weeks and then - as always - look at the meagre market cap of the company at these share price levels......

and I'm sorry if I seem to be punching down on yellow, but just look at this phrase '....AIM stocks are not highly regulated, people can say whatever and make forward looking statements and promises without recourse.....' and consider just how moronically out of time and place that is. 25 years ago, maybe, but now? Why do you think there is a shortage of firms willing to sign up as NOMAD's these days? Not just because every word in any public release is so heavily scrutinised by the regulator, but bc the penalties for having been judged to have allowed the company to put out any forward-looking statements that are deemed inappropriate in their bullishness, have become so severe. Directors at BOTH firms - the company AND the NOMAD - can be liable financially, if not criminally. As a result, the ultra-cautiousness of AIM NOMADs is common knowledge and is even said to be discouraging some companies from even considering an AIM list anymore. And one last small, but perfectly formed tidbit on this subject which some may not be aware of: AIM boards are no longer even able to release RNS information of their own accord. Only their NOMAD possesses the 'button' to officially release an RNS.

Zulch's expressed highest standards on 'recognising' orders, eloquently explained in the podcast, is as I have explained before, very much a nod to legacy shareholders who have been so clear in their anger with the excessive cheerleading of previous management in this area. The upside of this approach of course, is that when Larry then uses ambitious language like 'imminent' and 'high confidence', the message to the market should be clear and his credibility higher than it would otherwise be. Read, listen, think, process. Clearly a recipe to make a clear assessment of this company's near-term prospects that is anathema to some poisoned by their own inability to look past their own mistakes as well as the company's, and really see what's right in front of them, but shouldn't be for the rest of us.

Anyone can see what a mendacious muppet you are yellow, but what makes you dangerously so is, like Donald Trump, I think the less you know or understand a topic, the more confidence you project. On company disclosure requirements on AIM, and what and how companies are permitted to - and prohibited from - disseminate information to the market, AIM is one of the most restrictive in the world. Much, much, much more so than NASDAQ for instance (just take the simple example of Elon Musk and his 'disclosure' mania 6 months ago if you don't believe me). You simply could not be more wrong - typically so, sadly - in this latest nonsense pulled from your rectum.

reading and listening properly, understand that there is less than NO way that any company in its interims and/or the CEO in a public forum, can use the kind of language that Invinity and Zulch do in discussing the imminence of orders, or the level of interest of strategics, or perhaps best of all, its/his level of comfort in access to capital - to name just 3! - without satisfying the most severe compliance standards for credibility. And then, look at the market cap of this company, and honestly, stfu about stuff and nonsense.
