Logic would say, and we would all hope, that for COC to get to 30% they'd have to pay more and more for the shares. Unfortunately they have just picked up 1.5% of the company between 29-32p and the SP has fallen to 29p. You couldn't make it up. Dark forces or at least corrupt ones at work.

That explains the price manipulation and drop in sp so they could load up. How corrupt is AIM.

All utilities on downtrend, just look at cna and sse. Funds will be back for divis but may be more bloodshed before then

Since Chairman said a week ago that blvn is well placed to deliver shareholder value it's lost 15%. Good job we're in a good place then!!

Given share activity here is usually slumberland, moving up to 33.75 on few thousand buys followed by 1million sells in an hour or so is not normal. Is it?

They're not showing all buys either. Bought 2 lots this a.m within couple of minutes and only 1 lot showing!

Hope so. They need about 12million shares from last RNS and if they want to pay below 30p it could take a while.

Difference between KH/previous board and now is COC have "their skin in the game". Biya and others still have all control but COC have much clearer incentive to improve SP and that is some comfort

any positive impact expected here if it is signed off or was deal that bad for BLVN?

Any reason why COC would not want to get to 30% and trigger offer? Not got money for full buyout? Other negatives for triggering a buyout?
