From what I've read an America company doesn't have to release a TR1on buying a % , so it could have been Halliburton or true buying those, any one like to comment. Renegade didn't.??

Water and Nitrogen are not on people's watch lists ,and for sure in the oil/ gas areas of the market. It's strange really as if we had hit natural gas flowing at 2581 mcf at at least 50% and maybe 80% less value ,the market probably would have have noticed, and reacted. RP needs to empress this so please tell us what's happening. If it was a gas or oil play possible to deliver cash on so little out lay I'm sure it would fly. It's like an ED well producing 7000 bod with no decline curve the well costing 5% of an Ed well to put in place it's a winner if RP delivers.

It's to be seen if there's a placing but that would lose RP control Of The company. If that's not concern for Price maybe. My view is that the N play will be farmed out, the well proves the resource, so I would imagine they're fighting out the details, and probably a share for DTU use. I personally would bin DTU , unless we can make more money selling the nitrogen in that use than to others. There can be a lot of cash in this just hope it's not f...ed up by the company's bod owning Diversion.

Well we need the info off the company but 1500+ acres, a well blowing 2581 mfc a day (2581x40 wells= 100,000mfc per day) at $5mfc profit ,no decline curve for a few years, so $500,000 per day,even if we farm it out and take only20% with an up front payment of a $xm,that could be $100k per day,$30+m a year. It's fantasy until to company puts meat on the bones.

if we do have conventional vertical wells that could be a real winner,not $6m to drill those to prove the play..anybody got info on conventional plays in thehe area.

N1005 .sorry about that ur correct $200k per unit, but as it's a pilot scheme we may be getting a fair wedge as its being rolled out (like DTU) . the company may need the tech proving out on a number of wells to show the cost savings and the ease of use in real life.

Plus if it's a cheaper disposal option than an injection well, take up shouldn't be an issue.

So each water unit could deliver $400k a year,if running for 310day year, do we get the whole $2.6 per barrel? Be interesting if this is deemed as a requirement in the future to save water and protect the water reservoirs. Must say HD you called this correct. HD, keep the lid on, for me (as I've said before) Kansas will make this company if common sense rules, and if not then stupidity could come into play, it could make the company imo. RP has it in his hands. From the RNS 20 Sept....Highlands is in discussions with end-users of nitrogen for the commercialization of its resources. Highland is in advanced discussions to sell nitrogen...the well was drilled around 20th June, 4months ago end Of The week, that could have produced $15000 x 120 days..say $2m. This programme needs to be delivered quickly .come on RP speak, no more leases just deliver this project, to deliver the company a decent amount of cash

HD, that's why the only aim over the last few months should have been the Kansas play,. I presume this play is on full ahead, as this is the revenue stream the company requires it came from no where, it was on no ones radar. In my view DTU by a backhanded way gave this company away to succeed cheap nitrogen selling at up-to $10mfc from what company has told us. Forget WD, Helios for the short term, Kansas when developed should give the revenues To Help get a lot bigger percentage Of The other projects. Kansas should be the means to the end to deliver .let's hope RP is now earning that bonus on an unlikely and fortunate turn of events .

Wasnt it stated way back that Renegade pays the 16.5% state royalty charge from their 20% , I'm looking thorugh my info to confirm this, but can ask HNR......RNS July 2016.Highlands will retain a 100% working interest (full responsibility for drilling and operating costs) and will receive 80% of revenue generated by these wells. The deductions from revenue comprise the royalty interests due to the State of Colorado and to Renegade under the farm-in agreement.

The ED wells coming on line have delayed revenues, but at no cash cost to HNR. It was stated we were earning supplying the water /purification how much is unknown but revenue coming in. As said before it's on the Kansas deal. We generate revenue through these wells throughout next year probably building thro out the year, this is the deal to put HNR into a positive sp movement and cash flows near term. With wells costing $250k or less each and with a conventional formation so no great falloff in flow /profit (not like fracing) for many years, so should be circa $15k per day per well profit imo,so $400k per month per well. We just need the news on project development.

I would imagine most will take what they get, a shame as this is what the company wants, only my opinion but this seems a pre determined move when selling vamoose. The company bought back shares instead of investing this cash for those that stupidly believing the company was doing this for those that remained great 0.15p extra. Shares Bought back by the remaining share holders in reality forming the first pat of this takeover,this money that should have gone to deliver the pure science products. We wouldn't have been low on cash now if this hadn't been done ,and the merger would have had x mill more shares to be bought increasing that cost, so we(sh) part paid for the takeover as well . Must admit it well make me sick to see the successful PS products being rolled out in the next couple of years,products that we invested in but received no profits from because of what's like A predetermine deal to redirect those profits elsewhere.
