My thoughts as well Fadec when I read the article ,why put a rig in place for gas plough on with the nitrogen, 3 times the profit, don't waste money on the prospect of gas when the nitrogen is busting to get out, and with multiple customers.

If it's right someone got a right shoeing on the sell price.

I can only agree this seems a very dodgy decision with the share buy back taking so much money from ithe company this a complete stick up ,the big buys coming in probably coming in to make sure the deal goes through. It's sickening this is legal imo. .

The buy back of all those shares on the vamoose sale was obviously done for this take over imo. Why buy back all those shares, leaving the company short of cash, it stinks ,the pi shafted just before the products are to make an impact and getting ready for bigger sales, selling the shares lowered the takeover price and so partly funded by ltsh ,another aim can of worms

My view is it gives to company more capital to play with so we have an extra £1.1m in thehe coffers to use if needed, hopefully to speed up delivery

That's my assumption also Fadec. So if constant revenue of $4.5m pa each well for min outlay what's not to like, only that we need these assumptions made reality by the company.

my view is we need to detail the size of the project in Kansas, we have 1 well Flow rate 2581 mcf so could produce $12500 to $25000 per day with quoted N prices, so $4.5 to 9m a year, not proven but flow rates probably not like ed wells with sharp decline, a good constant revenue flow. So what is the well count likely to be 5 10 20 that's the unknown . We've also been told that these vertical wells cost 250k new drill less to get capped well flowing, so low cost in drilling terms. So with 1 well on start of sales we will expect to be bringing in $4.5m min pa with the well already drilled, when sales start. Plus revenue from ED .make Your Own conclusions .

I'd say anyone who's been in this share long term didn't think or invested in this company for a gas called Nitrogen ..me neither..nor probably the bod, but we could all be extremely fortunate .A play because of one project that we did invest in. Problem ,we all can see how big this could be but need the company to enforce this view .lets hear them speak.. Soon I hope and turn our loses in profits. Good luck to all invested here.

If you sell at a 40% loss you've made the decision to lose it not RP, if you bought higher with your knowledge, the company is far stronger now imo than two years ago, so that knowledge should still be valid.If you decide to sell good luck . Argon prices aren't to shabby either which is why they might be trying to seperate it from the nitrogen. I do agree RP needs to talk a lot more to us and put some meat on the Kansas project potential size and income.

Listen to Paul ,in the highlands video ,about salt crystals and nitrogen, there's a very large amount of salt in thehe location draw Your Own conclusions ,I'm waiting patiently, mine is well you know. Uses for pure nitrogen a long list, as said why drill for natural gas when nitrogen sells for 3 to 4 times the price.theres not much not to like imo
