As is probably well known my view is the nitrogen play is by far the most compelling play the company has ,and it basically came from no where on nobodies radar ,and for some reason still isn't why I can't really fathom.To me this will be the project that funds HNR,and hopefully kicks off the Two other projects. For dtu let's hope Halliburton are in the mix with this nitrogen play paving the way for DTU as well as maybe helping in the gas and helium extraction in Montana. To me the Denver wells may well be a sideshow next year as this play comes to the fore. Making us realise why RP was so happy in that interview with Justin.

Well if we can put 30 wells in Kansas with the same flow rates as the one drilled that's got to be $20k per well per day. 20000 * 30 *340 that could be a couple of a hundred million revenue we may be hearing the plans soon.

I'm sure if someone emailed and asked what the exact process was they'd explain it. This delay wasn't the main point that should be up for discussing ,as it's happening and in hand. The statements on Kansas and EOR now that's worth a discussion.

I think they could have had separate RNS for the increase of land in Kansas 33% increase in acreage with the flow rates stated should be big bucks ,but seems to be ignored by most. Plus the fact that close to selling N mentioned. It not a bad RNS in my view other than delaying revenue for a month. Were also being payed to supply the water so making a bit extra.

Could also be a pointer to Arizona assets for EOR.

If so got to be Halliburton in my opinion ,a statement in the Forbes report stated they had close dealings for years before HNR and of course in the ED play. You could be right ,the cheap nitrogen may have sealed a deal...lets hope .

Kansas Nitrogen Resources: 1,100-acre low-cost nitrogen.........Highlands is in discussions with end-users of nitrogen for the commercialization of its resources. Highland is in advanced discussions with third parties to sell Nitrogen. Maybe 2nd revenue streams beginning early next year.

FD92, so we're only buying leases that would satisfy this vote, OK sounds good , to me it's not retrospective on wells so ED would have no issues.

What's close is the question the current rule is 500 feet. Be interesting to clarify with the company,and whether it's retrospective. Question will people vote for massive job cuts and state revenue losses,and probably big big compensation claims by companies

Buying more acreage won't do the trick, we already own around 270,000 undeveloped acres.whats needed is news on development Of The current land .weve been told from the acreages we own in Montana there could be $1b up for grabs.. Come-on we've owned that for a few years ,drilled one well, capped another, we don't need more land to develop get on with Kansas and Montana ....please...by the way we haven't bought any more land since the agm,and weve got 6 new wells about to be fracked not 4.
