My thinking is Kansas 15x total profit over Denver.Time to deliver Kansas imo.

Kansas well first year 890,000mcf x $7 = $6.2m. Denver second year 60,000 x$80 =$5.5m....Kansas 890,000 x $6 = $5.3m Denver running costs of horizontal franked well,and future refraction costs ..Denver running costs of vertical conventional well. Two years Denver $13.2m - costs. Kansas$11.5m -costs. So for me there's little in revenue but one costs a fraction Of The costs to deliver, if stated costs are correct you can drill 22 Kansas wells for each Denver well.so for out lay of capital and risk to the capital you take your pick.

The reason for the play DTU .. Cheap....nitrogen... Problem is...looks like we'll have far too much, so have had to bring in third parties to sell it to cheap but at a profit. That's why Dave's been pitching low figures I guess as that couldn't match them.

As I just posted the Kansas play could be delivered for 5% Of The cost of ED or wd, delivering probably more revenue buck for buck over 2years, unless the prices of oil and N change greatly, so the company doesn't need $100m ,if RP PLAYS it right.

HD, FFS stop the insults, my thinking is Kansas will prove the company, but some things are strange, as the company has probably got a major revenue here...why hasn't no one taken any notice unknown to me for one.. From the well data and acreage we could easily deliver the total of ED 24 well scenario for 5% of that out lay for far longer. As said earlier even if the take is20% with a farm out in reverse,we should be in the deepest black in cash.
