I agree with the gist of things being said, the company has progressed but only on paper(at the moment)we've gone from 29m shares to 118m shares thats 4x so more dilution than one thinks with the next couple of years going to 180m+ if options used 6x. It's the uncertainty that the company has created with the financial cock ups that's holding the company back imo.
