@ cocoa - if you want an idea you can tell him that the public information filed for share issues to Negma is incomplete by omission of an RNS between 23 & 29 Sep as indicated by the cumulative totals the the declarations made on those dates and IF there public information were correct (better check this) Negma would have exceeded 29.9% threshold for making an offer to buy out other shareholders from 11 Sept until, well today.

@coca I asked this question earlier today to someone who says the answer is obvious but I'm still stumped. Perhaps I'm being thick, what happened to the 22m shares issued to Negma & Park Partners according to the RNS trail settling convertible debt facility? There are no TR1s declaring increases or decreases in significant interests. This BB accepts representation from the company that there are no significant holdings. I wonder about that & how could Negma offload >30% of share capital and not make any filings, or maybe it is one according to the cryptic clue of fellow investor. why aren't any other IIs on board, apart from Harbert.

I wanted to ask y something abt NCYT.

NCYT increased its share last year from 37m to 67 in Jan. 22m went to Negma & Park Partners according to the RNS trail settling convertible debt facility. There were 21 RNSs I add up to 20.6m with a gap of 1.4m in declartions cumulative totals betwn 23-27 Sep. The BB accepts representation from the company that there are no significant holdings. I wonder. I've asked them with detailed workings but not had a reply. They were multi locational, had a tiny staff, haven't spotted the missing RNS and Negma would have gone over 30% if they hadn't disposed of any shares (presumably triggering a takeover offer under French Code). Blind spot, perhaps with others? then what deters IIs abt NCYT? What do y think?
