I'm not surprised, a fairly weak/inexperienced corporate and legal team with a history of hiding behind regulatory 'quiet periods' for news outage. To be fair, I'd expect a CEO to be working 24/7 behind the scenes on solutions and damage limitation but they lack an independent Chair to front it out.
