That's not correct, you can buy off grid scrub land for peanuts, you can't buy a plot next door to the main electricity substation with industrial development permits for the same peanuts. They paid for the land and for all the planning and interconnection deals that were done to make it shovel ready.

Price seems to be settling fairly predictably just under its long term floor level, around 6p. If that continues to hold then there's roughly the same basis on which to start building confidence, from signing the rig contract to spud and through the drilling without further anxiety about placings. A well managed process and probably a good decision to get it done now, although I thought they'd hold out longer
