More likely there will be an interim period of price correction, from current massively oversold levels back towards the long term mean projection, followed later by a bull run towards new highs and being oversold again in a year or two. Beware of confusing the former for the latter.

It looks OK to me medium term. They have a viable operation remaining to get through 2023 and will just have to hope that BTC price turns up by then, as everyone expects it to, and that they make prudent decisions about how much to sell/hodl along the way.

The share is complying with the NASDAQ condition and the advisory notice will be removed if it remains above $1 for three more trading days. Even if it failed to comply they would have a one-time option to do a 10-1 share consolidation to bring it back in line. HUT were in the same position but also now trading above.

Price discovery, impossible to say. It was a bankrupt company going to zero, now it's a going concern with cash flow (for a while). But it's a different company based on a different business model so the market needs to determine what that might be worth now and in the future. Analysts seem to have 19-20p in view for this year but could equally unpick back to 5p I guess.

20-30p maybe, might struggle much above that unless new business model is proven to work, and still a high risk of future failure as mining difficulty rises
