- borrowed $20 million from galaxy in June, and $25 million in September, rolling this into a combined loan of $45m.
- reported in October that it had repaid Galaxy $6.7 million
- it also sold machines

Argo will now
- sell its mining facility
- repay all existing debts to NYDIG / North Mill
- get $6 million (£5 million) cashback from NYDIG
- refinance its asset-backed loans to Galaxy with a new senior-secured loan $35 million (£29 million), over three years

Then there are the senior notes outstanding.

I think they've realised approximately 50% of outlay if you discount the electrical infrastructure that was previously collateralised to Galaxy loans.

with luck you'll come out from that position above water, hope it works out. If they can go on mining 200 a month at any kind of margin, and difficulty might dip as others switch off, then they can sell it and pay down debt or buy machines until they're in a position to hodl again going into the bull market... then sell at the top (sell Bitcoin not shares!) and avoid making the same mistake next time around!

So, 'when' is BTC likely to be >$100k, and how much hash/share will ARB have then, mining at what profit margin, or with what hodl, and what equity dilution? There's no point shouting for £1 any more than shouting for 1p without a persuasive rationale. It's possible. Is it likely?

I agree that BTC might return closer to $100k before the bull market, so it's really more a question about timescale and the appropriate forward P/E assumption based on Argo's prospects and business model. I think analyst consensus has been around 22p target on the next 12 months, although that might start revising now.

That's a half billion pound mCap valuation, based on what? With no infrastructure assets and <2.5EH mining capacity when do you think they might reach 5,000 BTC hodl at a spot price of £100,000 each? Or 500 BTC at £1m?

Dave, you're missing the point. There is no risk of delisting because they also have the option later to do a 10 for 1 share consolidation on NASDAQ which multiples the listed price by x10. They can only do that once of course.

needs a close of 8.3p equivalent for that clause to hold, which seems possible. But remember they can also do a one-time 10:1 share consolidation if they choose to, which obviously would also qualify. There's no risk of delisting from NASDAQ currently.
