Brightspot, a sensible post. I have long held a substantial position in Borders because I believed firmly that the remoteness of the Falklands would quite naturally cause the entire province to come under a single management or joint venture. In this respect I was completely wrong - while the prospect of Sea Lion FID ran up Borders' share price during the past 12 months, FID itself proved Borders to be uninvolved in the overall project to date, and that Darwin thus remains a stranded asset. Comments from HB and the company have done little to quell this conclusion - much innuendo about 'best offers', but none at all on the table. It is now my revised view, like yours, that the next six months are critical. Should no truly noteworthy developments be fortcoming during that period, Borders seems likely to miss out on the coming boom, and may even forfeit its SFB leases when they expire at the conclusion of 2026, a development which would render its shares worthless. Let's all hope that HB's efforts forestall this dismal prospect via suprise announcements prior to June 1.

HB has been making the same speech since late 2024 ('looking for the best deal, not the first deal'), but to date no offer of any kind has been forthcoming. Indeed, for the past six months there has been no news or information whatsoever. Even Rockhopper FID has revealed no further developments. Either Mr. Baker's information control operation is on par with MI6, or he has little to show for his 21 months of service. In March of 2025, he sold the most recent fund raise by contending that rendering the company cash solvent through 12/26 would enhance its negotiating position (implying consderation of offers in 2025). Instead, crickets. While I am not generally an impatient investor, I must say that it is time for HB to either **** or get off the pot.

Yes, it has been a long run. Bought FOGL way back when and suffered the forced trade into RKH. After years of looking at the holding, I bought back in heavily in the 6-7P range causing lifetime breakeven at 30P. Today, finally, like so many of you, I have closure and vindication for keeping the failth. A sincere expression of gratitude to Gideon and Sam for their unrelenting pursuit, and for the peace which we will all now all enjoy from the forthcoming financial independence.

I must say, Navitas have an extremely well-disciplined public relations operation. This is their first project as operator, meaning a multitude of contacts with innumerable other parties (FIG, vendors, contractors, investors, lenders, etc.). Yet somehow they manage to suffer not a single leak - radio silence from one RNS to the next. Quite amazing, actually. When FID is finally announced, it will be interesting to note the scope of the information, actions and events which they were able to conceal so effectively prior to announcement.

It has always been my view, without evidence, that BOR would be part of a universal FI oil province development, and that the entire project would be outlined at Rockhopper FID. For this reason, Navitas' tight-lipped behavior is germane to BOR: I believe BOR's future will be disclosed at RKH FID. We shall see.

Said focus is on HE4 rather than HE3. They confirmed that HE4 was 14% concentration, and that HE3 was a consistent a percentage of that total, though the exact percentage escapes my recollection. To my surprise they were unwilling to furnish any time estimate by which commerciality of HE3 would be known. They said the focus was on HE4; that the current well program (not to exceed ten wells) was expected to be completed in or about January; and that lab analysis of the resulting samples and data would follow. I believe they stated that the commerciality of HE4 should be known in Q1.
