RE: Price drop:28 Mar 2026 14:39
I believed in Bor for years and held a seven-figure position. I truly believed that at Rockhopper FID, Navitas would simultaneously announce a deal with Bor - it seemed obvious that one firm should manage the entire Falkland operation rather than apportioning it piecemeal amongst numerous actors. The complete absence at RKH FID of any reference to Bor shook my confidence and caused me to begin culling my position.
Over the past several months, it seemed to me that the only truly good news was AB's acquisition of additional shares. But the facts that: (a) the leases are expiring at the end of this year; (b) the lease extension issue was explicitly on FIG ExCo's February 24 meeting agenda (thank you, Mogger); and (c) even today, no information has been released concerning either the 2/24 proceedings or the lease extension issue; caused me to conclude that on balance, the risk level had become excessive. On this basis I finally, reluctantly, liquidated the remainder of my position.
I truly hope that my concern is unwarranted and that all of the much heartier souls still here finally receive their well-earned prize for the unwaivering loyalty and patience which they have shown this company. But as for me, I now sleep a bit better at night .
